Large park with a playground, splash pad, and tennis courts. The playground is big and modern, good for kids of all ages. The tennis courts are two cement courts. There is a public washroom. The large greenspace starts on Queen and leads to the playground. The greenspace is big enough for a small game of football or just to let your dog run. There are several benches around to relax and enjoy the area or a book. McDonalds right next door is good for a coffee or snack.

Pretty cool place, but it's probably one of those places that just banned tobogganing in the city because Toronto is filled with people that don't want to have fun. There's probably lots of homeless people. I haven't been there for a while, but there's homeless encampments in every park in Toronto. Just be careful to not step on need

Perfect spot for the Sunday farmers market. Though the ATM available is not the best. I haven't yet successfully withdrawn money. The blamed it on my CIBC bank card, but I don't see what that has to do with anything. The closest ATM is at a corner store at Queen and Coxwell. Make sure you have cash available.

It’s a nice and quiet park. Not as many kids come here it seems. There are no benches directly facing the park for parents to sit on and watch their kids play. The fence around the park could be made to enclose the park a little more as the park is facing onto a busier street. Definitely room for improvement

The best little park in Leslieville ☺. The site of the Leslieville Farmer's market each Sunday, its permanent features include a few picnic tables, a drinking fountain, and a transit stop -- not much, but it's a handy place to enjoy some green space when the nearby larger parks are overwhelmed by a festival.

  • Spiro Syriopoulos

Sunday farmers markets here are among the best in the city. Knowledgeable vendors and lots of space to picnic afterward. A select few organic vendors can be pricey but overall a wonderful deal on fresh produce grown locally! Side note, tennis courts also seem well maintained :)

  • Sidney Ruddock

Many activities take place here during the course of the year but especially during the summer months as the recent Buskerfest was held here the past weekend. Bring your children to play or admire the ducks and geese in the man made pond. Close to Transit and plenty of parking.

  • Colleen Glynn

Clean, nice park across the street from MacDonalds. Benches to sit, litter containers for litter. Several close Bus Stops near by. Park gives you access to Queen Street East on the north side and Eastern Avenue on the south side. Nice neighbourhood pretty.

  • Malcolm Bradley Smith

A nice green space with tennis courts and clean washrooms accessible to all. Stores and restaurants nearby make a meal in a park easy. Enjoy the gardens or watchTorontonians come and go on the sleek stretched streetcars on Queen E. A lovely place.

  • Andrew Cheng

This is more of a rating for the farmer's market that happens here. There's a good mix of local produce and prepared food. Live music performance for the kids and adults. Just a great environment overall, especially for little kids.

  • cadius100

Nicepark across from McDonald's. It has a well kept tennis court and the dog owners generally clean up after their pets so no complaints there. Only thing is the smell that comes from the pumping station every so often.

  • PFC G

Smaller park for the area, you're better off heading a little bit further south and enjoying the scenery along the water. Still green space though.
