Rude Pharmacist. Partner went for COVID booster vax and they were berated for getting it early apparently EVEN THOUGH the VIC government’s Department of Health Comms stated that anyone who had their second jab in September was free to get it NOW (January - see attached photo). Nope, this Pharmacist made they’re own rules a said it’s from the date of the jab. They made my partner feel terrible, guilty accusing him of taking someone else’s vaccine absolutely disgusting behaviour for someone trying to do the right thing! Find another place to get your booster. Somewhere welcoming!

Bloody brilliant. I have used this pharmacy on occasions before, but today they were a huge help. I'm at home sick with Coronavirus, as is everyone else in my house. I called around all the pharmacies in my area trying to find one that would deliver a particular medication. All of them didn't deliver or wouldn't deliver this particular product because it's from behind the counter. But these guys came through! Same day delivery! So relieved.

Very very slow and appalling customer service. Employees are talking with each other or with others and taking a long time rather than serving customers. Prescriptions are over priced. Pharmacist on duty can't even extend a hand to give me the medicine and makes me wait for 10 minutes for the other employees to hand me the medication and they were busy talking elsewhere

I don’t understand why the sales assistants were useless, walking around chatting to one another and ignored me for a good 5 minutes while I was standing at the counter clearly trying to pick some prescription medication. Thanks to the pharmacist on duty for noticing and getting them to serve me though, otherwise I’d probably still be there now.

They always close 30 minutes before the advertised closing time on the window. Even the open light sign is still flashing open but they just lock up. How about just changing the opening and closing times instead of wasting peoples time

Quite an appalling pharmacy all round. Awful service, extremely over priced scripts and products and won't provide free covid tests for concession card holders. Disgraceful pharmacy! All about the $!

Would not certify my very obvious and clearly stated ORIGINAL birth certificate and wasted my time. Went elsewhere and they did what I wanted without question. Such a shame. Family's not going back.

We had a positive experience here when we went in for our booster shot. The staff were friendly and fast. I booked online which was very easy. I highly recommend them.

My mum who's on the safety net was charged for her medication. Clueless staff who don't know the rules. I've made a formal complaint. Bad customer service!!!

Excellent service when l went on Tuesday night. Pharmacist was very helpful as was the assistant. It's always nice to be greeted with a smile.
