Jim's was amazing! He was very personable, knowledgeable and honest. He scoped the pipes with a camera to determine what service was needed and inspected all areas thoroughly to make the best recommendation; he even went on the roof to make sure the vent was proper! In the end he determined we didn't need any service at the moment and didn't charge anything. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service provider at my home. I would recommend Jim's to anyone who needs a plumber. Thank you!!!

Our shower is leaking to the floor below and we were not able to use our shower any more, called Jim's Rodding Plumbing, the job was not that small as removing tiles were involved. Well, they replaced the lead sheet with the shower drain, tested it before the new tiles were put in, this was all done in a day, and the very next day their guy came and did amassing work with tiles. Whole job was done in two days, can’t be happier.

For a clog in my kitchen sink, I called Jim's Rodding. The technician was well-informed, professional, and skilled. He did a fantastic job! He unclogged our drain in a matter of minutes and was extremely pleasant and professional. He patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions. If I have another plumbing problem, I will definitely call them. Strongly suggested!!!

We needed several things done that I would call “maintenance”. Mike was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. He got most of the work done but due to some unforeseen problems we will need to have him back after some items are ordered. I highly recommend San toff. Mike was great, very efficient and left all three bathrooms the way he found them. The toilet and tubs finally work great. We couldn't have asked for a better experience as he got here early on a Saturday morning and completed the job quickly. We will absolutely use Mike and Jim's Rodding again if the need ever arises.

Called to schedule service but rep tried to upsell me on a 150 yearly service plan that eliminates service fees. I asked why their service fees aren't applied toward total service which is standard practice in Chicago. He explained that their service fee (125) is charged regardless of service. No thanks.
