Although I have been to this location in the past, this morning was a wildly different and disappointing experience. I arrived at the store at opening (8am) so that I could be first in line to get an oil change before my meeting. When I arrived, the store was still closed. I stood outside waiting for it to open for 20 minutes. Finally, Sarah arrived and opened the door. However, she didn’t acknowledge me waiting right outside of the door. I was left standing in the cold. Tay also passed me and entered, without saying a word. After a few minutes I came in and asked Tay if I should continue waiting outside and he told me to wait in the room. I turned on the lights and waited there alone for another 20 minutes. At this point, neither Tay nor Sarah had greeted me nor told me they would be with me soon. I saw a truck in the loading zone so I thought maybe they were waiting for some sort of shipment before they served me. But, the truck left and still no one had come to greet or ask me what service I would like. After waiting another 10 minutes, I decided to go to the back and ask someone for help. At this point, they both finally came out and asked me for my keys. At no point did either of them apologize for being late or for making me wait without checking in. The actual oil change only took about 10 minutes, but I waited for 50 minutes for someone to even talk to me, despite being the only customer there. I am sorely disappointed in the utter lack of professionalism and courtesy that this location showed today. I will be choosing a different jiffy lube for my future services and I would recommend others do as well.

Called this morning to see if I needed to make a reservation and Seth, on the phone was very transparent with me and let me know that it's first come, first serve but they were short staffed so I should expect a longer wait time than normal. I arrived around 9:20am and waited about 10-15min in my car until I could check in. Seth was very polite and let me know again, that they were short staffed and the oil change could take longer than normal but once I was checked in I could leave my car and they would call me when it was ready. This was not a problem for me and let him that I appreciate all the work the guys (Seth and Alex) were doing. Surprisingly I received a call about an hour and 15min later saying they were done and I could come pick up my car. Seth and Alex thanked me for my patience and rung me up pretty fast--they even gave me a coupon discount! From the moment I pulled up to the moment I left the parking lot those 2 guys were working non-stop and I appreciate their transparency, etiquette, and hard-work.

Just took my car in for an oil change and low tire pressure issue. I was told upfront the oil change wasn't necessary for my car, and that they'd rather not take my money unless I really insisted on it. Really! An auto repair shop that gives legitimate advice on your vehicle instead of trying to nickel and dime you for every "repair." For most of the time I've been driving, I'd gone to smaller local auto shops, usually run by people I knew within the community, and this was the first time I'd gone to a big chain shop. Needless to say, I was pretty apprehensive about going in. Of course, I can't speak for all Jiffy Lubes, but this particular one in downtown Seattle definitely deserves the praise. Long story short: they re-inflated my tires free of charge and sent me on my way within 5 minutes. Would give another star if the rating allowed it!

Called head to confirm availability to take an oil change and was told to come on over. When I arrived, there was a line going into the garage so I parked in one of the few available parking spaces, a mechanic immediately began yelling at me and asking what I was doing. I told him that I had called ahead about an oil change and was told to come over, but wasn't sure where to park. He replied that I can't park there and that I either needed to join the line (aka park in the street blocking traffic) or come back later. Totally understand it being busy and also possibly getting busy by the time I got there, but I refuse to be yelled at as a customer for no reason other than not being sure where to park. I immediately left and came to the Jiffy Lube in Wallingford who were as pleasant as could be and much more ready for business.

Felt pretty silly for confusing a service member's accent which I stupidly commented on then realized later I had identified them with the wrong language entirely. ‍♂️ The service member and the rest of the team were still extremely professional and kind regardless of my blunder. In fact they held their tongue and it wasn't until later when I thought about it that I realized I was getting two latin based languages confused! If there's a definition for trying too hard it would be me at that oil change... Not to mention the oil change was quick and painless. The technician even humored me and explained his oil suggestion in a little more detail after I inquired. If that's not amazing customer service I don't know what is.

They were fast, efficient and very professional. Arrived at the shop right at 7am for an unscheduled oil change and was greeted by the service team. They offered me coffee before asking me to step into the shop and review what they were going to do. Since I was the first one there they told me I would receive the Early Bird discount. Not pushy at all and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I liked that they had my air filters pulled out and only recommended that one needed replaced. All fluids topped off and they even vacuum the floors. I'll definitely return here for future service.

I drive a lot of miles, I get an oil change just about every month. Ive gotten to talk to the staff here and they are incredibly friendly, Greg is the man in charge and I see him everytime I come in, he always asks how Ive been doing and how things are going. They change my oil, vacuum my car on the house and send me on my way with smiles. As cheesy as it sounds, this place is great. It's perfect for those who live or work in the city to get quality and friendly car service at a convenient location. I'd recommend this location and crew to everyone.

Cool,fast,polite an a pretty face of the Coordinator.I don't like the upload,meaning trying to sell me something I didn't ask for If I ask for a 49$ oil change just give me wat I ask for an no I do not need to upgrade afilter for a Xtra 20$.Another thing they said I needed anti freeze which was full.I don't get that are maybe that was a upload aswell.ADVICE CHECK YOUR CAR FLUIDS AN FILTER BEFORE GOING TO THESE PLACES.SO U DONT GET UPLOADED! One more thing I thought they supposed to top off low fluids for free.,.,....NOT!

Expensive. Otherwise, they were good and very quick. I was in and out of there in about 15-20 minutes. I asked them how much for the signature service, and they said 49.95. But they also added some extra fees to the bill that they did not tell me about initially (oil disposal or something). Note that during the pandemic, they're (wisely) not including cleaning the interior of the car in their signature service. They also were not offering the free tire rotation service. I'd have gone somewhere else if I'd known that.

Fredrico was awesome! There were only 2 gentlemen working that I could see (probably another down in the pit), they were busy, and yet they were super friendly, accommodating, and speedy. My transmission started slipping and I was scared to drive home without checking fluid levels. Fredrico to the rescue. I'm a long-time Jiffy Lube customer, but due to the pandemic I've been away from this location for 3+ years. Based on their level of service today, this is going to be "MY" Jiffy Lube.

Incredibly friendly here and fast! I just went for an oil change but also got my wipers replaced along with my air filters. They also cleaned my windows, checked my tire pressure, and vacuumed my car. Only took around 20 minutes and it came out to be a lot cheaper than I was expecting! All of this came with no appointment as well which I really appreciated since it's a little hard to make appointments for oil changes in Seattle. Will definitely be returning next time I need a change!

I spoke with Greg on the phone before coming. I had concerns about going to a chain place for an oil change as I've had a bad experience with the wrong oil being put in my vehicle (and only finding out later). Greg assured me that they had the right oil in stock for VW 502 spec and showed me on the system when I got there. On top of this he was extremely personable, complete with fist bump before I drove off. It's the little things. I'll definitely be coming back in 5000 miles!

Wow, I was stunned by the high level of service at the Jiffy Lube on 4th. Greg is THE man, I was treated like a guest, and wasn't forcefully up-sold on any products of services. The crew cleaned my car interior - it looks spotless! Their level of service has far surpassed what I get at the Volkswagon dealership without a doubt. I WILL be a return customer. Thanks again for the making my experience a pleasant, quick and informed one!

Needed an oil change while visiting Seattle & before returning back to home 2400 miles away in Michigan. Contacted 10+ Dodge Dealers in the Seattle area and all were booked for 2 days to 3 weeks out. Called Jiffy Lube and they were immediately available. Was in and out in under 1/2 hour with fresh engine lube for the ride home. Thanks so much for the great experience by such a professional staff, Jiffy Lube!

Friendly, fast service, and honest estimates. I always call before going, and a few times they had told me there was likely an hour or so wait. This morning I called and they said they were just finishing a car and no one else was in line. I got over there quickly and was in and out in under 20 minutes. Remember to ask for their coupons - they might have better coupons available in store than what's shown online.

Arrived at lunchtime without an appointment. Greeted with curtsey and asked what I wanted. I was told how long it will take. I asked for something extra and told no problem. I enjoyed coffee and magazines in the waiting room. Restroom was clean. The owner is a nice and pleasant man. He kept me updated as to when they would be done. I feel better knowing my daughters car has been maintained by this shop.

I got my oil changed today and had a great experience - I know it's just an oil change but its one of those things I put off because I dread being mansplained or overcharged for services I probably don't need. It was such a pleasant surprise to be greeted nicely and treated like I knew what I was talking about! Sara did a great job and I was in and out within 15 minutes!! Will totally come here again!

Came here Friday 3/19/21 in the afternoon (I want the team to get the credit) and they were super helpful and by far my best experience with any kind of car maintenance service. Unlike the jiffy lube in Bellevue who ripped me off a couple of years ago and were dishonest. This location actually helped me out and were so kind and friendly. I’m very appreciative of them and the service I experienced.

Quick & friendly, contactless - they have you stay in your car during covid. I'm not an expert on cars and at other auto shops I feel like they take advantage of that. I didn't feel that they did that to me here. They advised me of things I might need, but they came off as patient and helpful and not as though they were trying to take advantage of me. Thanks to the team here - you all were great.

Today was my second visit to this shop. The first interaction was quick, professional, pleasant, and this second service was no different. I found the crew to be enjoyable, competent, and trustworthy. Somehow I even had fun while my car was being attended to and I am certainly satisfied with the service my car received, but also with how the crew interacted with me. Also great free coffee!

The employees at this location were very helpful and attentive. They got me in and out quick which I appreciated. They also told me what services/parts were going to cost up front before doing any work, which I appreciated! I thought I needed an oil change but the nice man working told me I wasn't due yet. I appreciated the transparency! Will definitely be back if I need help again.

I've been here twice. The first time I was behind one other customer being serviced, and the gentleman came out and let me know that since he's the only one working, he'll be unable to help me. The second time, I arrive at 7am when the store supposedly opens both according to Google and the sign on the door. I'm here still 15 minutes past 7 and the lights are still off.

I would like to give a shoutout to Federica!!! This is the first time my husband and I came to this store, as soon as we pulled in, Federica approached to us and offered his assistance for our low pressure tires. And we realized that it was not the store opening time yet. WE really appreciated Federica, his service is valued!!! We will come for other services for sure!

They were fast, friendly and efficient! Was in and out very quickly for an oil change also I had a dash light that had been on (for no reason) for years that my regular mechanic was unable to reset. Frederico was able to reset in less then a minute. Thank you Faith and Frederico for making a chore such a nice experience! Definitely coming back for future maintenance!

I have been to a lot of Jiffy Lube locations, this is the cleanliness location, well organize, spotless, no oil in the floor. The lady and gentlemen was very profesional, they did a great job in informing me the other maintainance services I need. The location was small and tight, they have to guide you out and make a U - turn inside. I will be back to this location.

I think people avoid this location because they think it will be busy all day, but if you can get in during a slow time, like the early afternoon, you can get immediate and excellent service, within an hour or lessless. I used to go to the one in west Seattle, where I live, but I wouldn't mind going into the heart of the beast that is downtown to get an oil change.

I was surprised there was a Jiffy Lube downtown. I have been there twice and the customer service there is absolutely amazing. The attendants genuinely are happy to see you greet you with a smile. Both times my attendants spent a few extra minutes to explain some things to me. Thank you Shawn (spelling?) for your courteous and professional assistance with a smile!

Joesph is hands down the best jiffy lube employee I have ever experienced! He is so quick with the service and never fails to make me laugh while I wait. I will be returning because of him! Went in for a oil change and was shocked at how expensive they are in the city. However the employee was super friendly and nice. She did the oil change, vacuumed, and cleaned our windows. She also did everything else included in like check the air in the tires. We went early Sunday morning at nine and was happy we did as the parking lot was full by ten.

Amazing service! My dad helped me change my oil and didn't screw something back on correctly, so I had an awful dragging plate. Came here on my lunch break, they had me in and out in 10 minutes, no more awful screeching noise!! Everyone was so nice, laughed with me about the situation without making me feel dumb. Some time ago I came in to replace a broken headlight and for an oil change. But due to the pandemic I hardly drove my car. The mechanic who checked the oil told me my oil is completely clean and did not require changing, and I was charged only for the light replacement! This is a very honest business! I will be returning to Jiffy Lube.

Greg and his team are kind, courteous and make the process much more enjoyable. Greg needs a raise! He keeps me coming back. The only person who insists on holding the door open for me AND my boyfriend when we're getting back into the vehicle. Didn't used to care where I got my vehicles oil change, now I won't go anywhere but here!

Greg saw I was on my phone and asked if I could go on Google, which I did, and then told me to search for their location and to tap the reviews. He said look at all those starts, I wonder how many you’re going to give us...I have to say that was the smoothest way someone has asked me to leave them a review. Great and fast service.

The staff was really professional and friendly, and had an excellent rapport with each other. Was just kind of fun to sit in the car and watch them work together on my car while they talked amongst themselves. Will be coming by soon to get the transmission fluid replaced and the light cases cleaned up from all of the uv exposure.

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and they did and excellent job. They also fixed my lights and a couple other things. While I was there, Greg told another customer he had more miles to go before he needed a new oil change and send him home. It’s great that this place doesn’t want your money unless they can really help you.

I was initially told that I would have about an hour wait for an oil change because of the number of customers in line, and was led to the comfortable waiting area. Frederico and the crew finished the work much sooner than estimated, being very helpful and friendly the whole time! I'll definitely be back for my next service!

I understand that my car is pretty old, but the attendant could have told me that this location didn't have the oil filter for it upon arrival instead of making me stand there in awkward silence for a minute and /then/ telling me. Wouldn't it just be easier to say "It's Friday and we don't want to deal with you now go away?"

A different shop caused a slow oil leak during a routine oil change in my girlfriend’s car, and she came here to get it filled up and figured out. Federico was so kind and helped her out - he topped her oil off so that she could go on her way and provided the best service ever. True definition of your neighborhood shop.

Federico and Kamran the staff there, are so nice, courteous and informative. I was anxious because of Covid-19. They were patient with me. I went in for an oil change. Contactless and efficient. I liked that they gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision and they did not pressure me to spend $$$.

The folks at this Jiffy Lube are sooo nice! They helped me understand what my car needed (just needed a top off of antifreeze / coolant, not the full flush), and helped me understand when to come back. Really appreciate federico’s help! Service was fast. Staff was friendly. I was told that the coolant was low (and the work receipt says break fluid is low!?) to top it off it would be 5 dollars. I politely declined. After getting back home, I popped up the hood and check both liquid level. Either one was at it's optimal level. Typical Jiffy lube.

I had stopped by almost 2 weeks ago and they were out of my oil filter. They topped off my oil for free and advised me when the new filter would be in. I returned today for the oil change everything was done quickly and professionally. Faith stuck out for her cheerfulness and helpful attitude. I will be back!

Friendly folks and an easy oil change. I normally bring my own filter and that isn't a problem for them. It's not hard to change oil and they have it figured out. The 4th Ave location has an interesting layout that means you are escorted around since the open pit is right next to the waiting room.

I came to get an oil change (surprise!), and ended up finding out I had a body work issue preventing the hood from raising properly. The staff explained to me what was wrong, what I needed to do, and why they couldn’t change the oil. They even changed my license plate for me! Such helpful people!

The staff were cool and knowledgable. The service rep mentioned it was driven about 800 miles since last service done on 5/22/18 and wasn't necessarily to change but I gave my judgement to have it changed anyways. Just wanna keep up with the oil change consistenly. Thanks guys at jiffy lube. :)

I went there for an oil and filter change. Found it to be a little expensive also just learnt they don't report services to carfax should have just gone to my dealer. Although they communicated really well and even gelped me out with my license plate but still not worth the price I paid imo.

They were honest about my status of my car being early (miles) since my last change but I was over a year and going on a trip. They were fast and efficient with taking care of the oil change. Smooth as always. Probably have been here 6 or 7 times. If I don’t take it to the dealer I go here.

One of the mechanics (Joseph) was rather rude, but then Imani, made everything better, excellent job from Matthew. Quick service. Update, went there again today, this bearded, African American fella, very rude, didn’t wanna help me, business was open, I needed an oil change, he said NO.

Jiffy Lube is the most amazing oil change I've ever experienced; I felt like an F1 driver getting pit stop. For anyone who only knows the experience of parking, getting out, handing over your keys, and waiting in a mechanic's shop for an oil change, I strongly recommend Jiffy Lube.

Closed early with no notice on the one day per week I could get my oil changed at all. Closed all day every Sunday, and closed at 6 PM when everyone gets off every evening. How can you expect to run a successful business when you are closed at every hour most folks have available?

First time to that Jiffy Lube and Fedrico and Joseph were so kind! They also explained everything that I did not understand and gave me options! There was also a lot of small things, like they washed my windows, Aires my tires, cleaned my ac vent. Just an overall great experience!

Pretty smooth drive-thru service which was quick and noise-free. Make sure to use coupons (they have them on their website). I wish they taught us a thing or two about oil change as they're doing it in front of us. What a good world would it be where we knowledge share? :)

Worse service what i got. Girl lie me about price and add 2 services in receipt. Started checking wheels without my approve and not closing wheel cap, when I back at home I find what 2 out. Maybe other team here is good but in my case it’s worse. Never back again.

Went here today for a fluids check and coolant refill. The location is convenient and the service is great. Didn't have to wait long. Also the guy that helped me was very friendly and professional. I will keep this place in mind next time my car needs services.

Have do my oil change service here for 4 continues years. I have no complains about their service at all! Convenient location and friendly stuff. Since this is walk-in only service, I usually go there 10 min before it opens so I don’t have to wait.

Everytime I've tried to get an oil change here I see 4 or 5 people working with either only 1 car, or no cars, in the garage and someone comes out and tells me theyre understaffed and wont be able to service my vehicle. This has happened 3

Avoid at all costs. Took our car for a standard oil change before flying out of town. Upon return, there was oil all over the ground. After taking it back to Jiffy, was told that the oil pan had a crack in it. Car was operating perfectly

Service was amazing! I've been to many jiffy lube locations but this was by far the best. The staff did above and beyond. They helped fixed things in my car that aren't part of their normal service just because they were nice.

This was the quickest and easiest oil change I have ever had. The employees were really kind, explained things clearly, and were not pushy about extra add-ons like some other places I have been to. I will definitely go again!

They were really helpful. I called about changing a battery. They didn’t have the battery in stock, but were able to get it in about an hour. I was there for about 20 minutes total, while they changed my battery and oil.

I went on Sunday morning around 930AM. I was the only car there. The oil change was in and out in 30 minutes. They DID NOT repeatedly try to upsell me. The crew were professional, and the shop was super clean.

The staff was fast and very friendly. They let me know everything that needed to be done with my car and let me know how they could help fix it or where I needed go. Definitely will come back again.
