Where to start? Well let me just say I’m not the type of person that gives reviews on anything but this certainly deserves one. I have had my home insurance for years now and after having a few speeding (tickets) more than I would like...I lost our coverage with them I was heart broken and kept calling every 6 months to see when I was eligible again finally I called and victor took care of me like I always knew they would they are very friendly understanding personable and overall professionalism is top notch. I would recommend them any day any time these are the type of people you want to have coverage with whether is home life car you name it. Thanks so much for your time I can’t be more happier with my choice and I am glad to have you guys back for our car along with our home coverage. Pass by call them up try them you won’t regret it

Jeff and his team are professional and friendly to deal with. I've never had an issue with any of them. However, the claims adjuster that come to my home last summer after a hail storm was a different story. He was rude and arrogant. I knew my claim was going to be denied before he said it was. I was told my roof wasn't damaged enough for a new roof, even though my next door neighbor got a new roof and siding. I was home during that hail storm and it was a bad one with large hail that come down on my house for several minutes. The roofing company said damage was very bad. So yes I like my agent bit extremely disappointed in State Farm.

Jeff and his staff are wonderful. They work around schedules to meet the needs of working clients, are gracious hosts at the office, responsive, timely in their replies, and very knowledgable. The after hour call center is also very helpful when business hours are closed but you still need to reach someone. Jeff is very understanding and straight forward with the information he provides and is willing to make sure his clients understand all of the infromation he is providing before they agree to new policies.
