Very bad experience through parler manager Pratiama yadav. She do not know how to bhehave Coustmer. Her service was very poor & service imployee not much traind in this segment , Coustmer tell to give O3 facial work , but without telling customer another facial done by employee, too lazy work, not expert in fine work like, nail paint (rough work) , temporary nale pasting plss improve ur quality & customer experience, manager telling LIE to customer experience, very bad plss it humble request to improve ur perfection

Very unprofessional behaviour is the crux of my review! In other salons they prioritise the membership clients but in this salon the managements mindset is they have already got the payment so why worry about membership. When you call them for appointment their first question will be do you membership card after that they will have not slota for you. Big no to this particular salon. Would rather prefer to go to local salon then becoming their membership. I seriously doubt even the positive reviews of this salon

Very very poor behaviour of manager Pratima Yadav. She do not know how to behave with the customer. They do not know how to manage the work and the customer.We have booked the appointment at 03:45pm. And waiting time is too long. I do not understand what they are thinking to the customer. I personally do not recommend to go in this dirty parlour.

Manager pratima yadav pathetic service. Its take too much time for services bcoz it's few staff in store .This typ of services from profession brand not expected kindly change staff especially manager coz she can't handle this thinks .

I got my haircut done at Jared Habib krishna ngar kucknow by practically manager must say she is extremely talented and was considerate of my requests . All other staff was lovely and I am extremely satisfied with this service.
