I have a Pajero (5 years old) - had some issues with horn after minor accident as well as tyre clashing with bumper. What most impressed me with Mr Pushpan was his honesty - he didn't attempt to make the issue bigger than it was - charged few hundred Dirham. The area is very industrial and rough (mud road) so at first glance I was hesitant on the workshop quality / size etc but after having used official service centers - seeing Mr Pushpan who owns the service center and has 2 decades of experience is a perfect testament to the quality of workmanship over the fancy appearance of the workshop. He used good parts and really paid a lot of attention to all aspects of the job. I was also impressed that when I asked him to install a lift kit he did this in 1000 AED including the parts and labour (online lift kits cost more than that alone). I asked him regarding tyres and he took me to nearby tyre center rather than trying to upsell or make extra money - checking online the rates were very good. Really impressed with the honesty and will definitely use Mr Pushpan for all future work.

JASR Workshop is the best for me. I bought a second hand car and thru a referral of my friend that this workshop is very expert and offers good quotation with low price. The owner, receptionist and mechanics are very polite, friendly, and accomodating. They assessed my car very careful and thorough, showed and explained to me the issues very well, and gave me different options with the best low prices. Pushpan chettan and customers, Highly disappointed and not recommeded shop in my 9 years vehicle life in UAE... I dropped my car to Puspan based on higher reviews, during my annual leave for full service and returned after 15 days, invoicing AED 3000/-, no worries I paid it... A week later, I noticed the major invoiced things were not done, and lost my trust. I went there 2 times for clarification and the reasons were really laughable and not at all acceptable... Guys, please recheck before returing vehicle...

Very good Garage for all your mechanical needs. Their main focus is on Pajero but they can do any car. They are very honest and will only charge you for the work they do. I can trust leaving my car with them. They are very reasonable with their prices also. I 100% recommend to give your car to them. The only issue is their location, it is in a dusty area of the Industrial area so your car will get very dirty by the time the work on your car is done.

Pushpan, Sreejith and the team are by far the best.. I took my Pajero to them about a yr ago with the thought of doing few budget upgrades, and have been with them since. Having experienced other garages I can really vouch for their honesty. They will list the things that only need to be done, and from that too will prioritize things to make it easier on your wallet. Their charges are very reasonable, and you will never be neglected if you go there.

First of all the rates are very high with no discount. 2ndly after i paid them 4000 my issues were never solved. After they deliver the car the issue came back after 3 hours. They want to keep car with them but after money they will not going to give any kind og priority. They told me that we will put spare parts but they fixed mine and gave me back. So this is a cheater garage please dont go and find relevant.

Good hassle-free service for Mitsubishi Pajero 2009. Fixed few parts and body work done and delivered on time. Fixed issue with weird knocking noise coming from vehicle by diagnosing and pin pointing exact problem. Some garages like bholoo garage were unable to fix it and overcharged for diagnosis and changing wrong parts. 100% recommend Mr Pushpan and his team on Mitsubishi Pajero. Keep up the good work guys.

I got a problem with my pajero AC. The detailed diagnosis revealed leakage in Evaporator. The problem was fixed by replacing the evaporator and now it has excellent cooling and working perfectly in the scorching summer heat. Thanks they even dropped me back home so I don’t have to wait their that was really supportive. Excellent people professionally skilled and great customer care, highly recommended.

It was my first visit to get my recently bought car fixed, assuming there might be some major works, but Mr Pushpan checked the car and told that nothing major except few minor issues, unlike another garage which gave me huge quote of major works. I just have concern the parts being sold by them are little over priced than market, which should not be. Rest the service and guys are good at their work.

Changed all the fluids of my Nissan Xterra… i am very glad i came to this place and no other.. did not get overcharged.. the guys there know exactly what they are doing.. Mr. Pushpan and Sreejith are very very helpful and are not just there to collect money from customers..unlike other workshop owners.. the team is very energetic and will complete the job to the mark..! Recommended..!

I have used this garage on at least 4 occasions now and I'm surprised to see no recommendations. A thoroughly professional outfit, and they do exactly what they say they will do, with full discussion as and when required. For me at least, it is peace of mind that the work has been carried out. Unlike some of the big chains of garages.

THE BEST professional staff! they do service as per requirements, the owner Mr. Pushpan and his son Sreejith knows their stuff, not selling the service as most auto maintenance companies do. I Strongly recommend for all auto repairs specially PAJERO.

Took my car twice, they serviced it and the problem never went away. Their attitude is disgusting. especially the manager guy with glasses. On the phone they give you scam prices. Then overcharge you when they do the job. Hidden charges are there.

They did a great job on repairing my car which is very difficult to find out the problem. Even other mechanic/garage I've been to, did not fixed it. Highly recommend their auto shop. Will surely come back in the future for any services.

The workers are skillful but the workshop needs more improvement in terms of location and offered services. They’re specialized in Pajero cars and honest people. Fix could take sometime but be sure that the car will be fixed properly.

Bit on the expensive side. that's just for me I guess cause I'm a retail employee. but for most people in UAE its affordable. The people are very friendly. Mr. Pushpan is a cool guy. Will visit again.
