Most of the people who attend are extremely rude and don't respect the queues. The station, like all BRT stations, is crowded and poorly organized. To be a terminal station it should be much bigger. On weekends there are practically no express buses.

This BRT station is connected to the subway, but you have to pay to take the subway even if you have already paid at the BRT, this station is a final stop so you are more likely to sit on the BRT, there are many people selling so much

The Service is already of very low quality, at the station there is a frightening lack of organization, and what's worse is the ABSENCE of security. When it's crowded, it's a danger to go to the subway or simply leave the station.

Organized, clean terminal with guards on access control. Example of a standard terminal, it's a shame that not everyone follows the same level, the vast majority lack supervision!

Good station, lack of information and very poor organization. Absurd!!! There are no machines or ticket offices to load the RioCard, when accessing the subway and BRT!

Standard Brazil... confusing queues... you never know where to board... something that would be simple in a serious country... what's more, it's a waste of time

The place is very good but the hygiene of the toilets leaves a lot to be desired. Always dirty and with a bad odor. It can improve.

Bad service. The buses do not have a defined timetable and the fleet is in poor condition.
