Went in for annual physical. James Williams is a great PA, is always amazing and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and address concerns, gives rationales for his decisions. I do however need to mention that the front desk disappointed me once again. A year ago I had someone called Kayla respond rudely over the phone when I was trying to ascertain whether my appt was showing on their end as I was seeing it on the portal. She made it seem like she was being interrupted and did not have time. I let it go the last time but then again this time around, there was that tone and impatience that comes across through the phone. Also when I was checking in at my last visit, I gave my DOB and last name, the employee checking at be computer muttered “oh that’s a weird name.” Either I heard wrong or she did not think I would hear through the glass. So in summary most of us love James Williams and he will get all five stars from me, but please check the front desk.

June 2, was my first time meeting Dr. James, PA., are anyone since Dr. Peter's (Raymond) resigned. I had several appoints which were either rescheduled, or I canceledl. GOD HAD A PLAN B! So, about a couple weeks ago, after playing in the yard. My allergies began to flare up with severe cold/flu like symptoms. And I needed my albueterol inhaler prescription RENEWED. ASAP., well this is exactly how I was introduced to Dr. James. I was told to come or else... Lol. I am very satisfied with the service render to me Thursday, June 2, 2022. I pray that he's stays around for a lifetime.

Horrible Doctor! I was just another number to him and just another push for the covid vaccine. I came in to check my thyroid and a swollen foot. She did my tests and told me if they are ok he will see what else he can recommend to help me! never heard from him. And about my foot, he looked at it, not touched it or actually examined it and said its a sprain and it will go away in 2 weeks. It's been 6 months since then and my foot is just as swollen. Thank s doctor for not doing your job. I am sorry i ever end there and letting you examine me. is this why you went to school for?

Although this appointment was at my usual primary care clinic, it was my first with this provider, as my usual one is away, and an excellent experience. He is kind, understanding, knowledgeable, listens and explains well, and was quickly able to diagnose my problem and prescribe treatment. I would be glad to see him again and highly recommend. The MA was also very courteous and professional, as was the receptionist, and I had only a very brief wait. They keep the waiting area seating well distanced and provide hand sanitizer and masks.

It won’t switch to my account so this is my husbands. My name is Kiersten and I personally loved Dr. Williams. He actually took the time and listened to me and didn’t rush me out. My primary doctor is very busy and popular so it helped that Dr. Williams had availability and just scheduled a follow up for me which my primary. I definitely recommend this place and Doctor. They are also all very friendly staff. Especially the nurses there.

Poor attention, and attitude!!@He will give you whatever medication he gets bonuses from....This is a NP whom doesn't listen to patients concerns nor Senior Doctors in the office. He is only motivated by money and doesn't care what's best for the patients needs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO MY DOG!@ RUN,RUN,RUN......

I owe a debt of gratitude to Dr Williams. He reviewed my records and we talked about my symptoms. He encouraged us to go to the ER. After arriving there my hemoglobin was 5.2 and I was admitted to the hospital for four days. I cannot say enough good about Dr Williams!!!!

Mr. Williams listens and is fully engaged. When I have issues between appointments I contact him via the portal and the issue is resolved same day. I've been lucky enough to have some good people overlooking my care during my lifetime, but James is a cut above.
