If I could give this post office a negative star rating then I would. The lady in this post office should not be allowed to serve customers. She lies and is very rude and is so unhelpful. I am trying to find out how I can put in a formal complaint to the post office as she should. It be serving customers.

I rencetly send parcels every week so far all the parcels reached their destinations safely! you need to queue sometimes but considering its location (next to a tube station) I think it's normal to get busy. The staff there are all right. They are just doing their jobs. So far so good!

I've used this post office a few times, and the staff are without fail rude and almost wilfully obstructive to getting things done. Will in future go further out of my way to use a different Post Office with kinder staff. A poor reflection on the Post Office.

I have been using this post office frequently for 15 years and the staff has been the same the whole time which is amazing. They are careful, accurate, helpful and efficient. Of course service is slow at peak times but there is a limit to what they can do.
