The experience was great and I really enjoyed myself to the fullest. Even tho I left down by $400. Just a few suggestions. Stop players from leaving there assign playing table randomly, after 3 times, they must give up their seat. If someone is a winner and celebrates, that win, I get them being excited, that is understandable. But there was one female. I could tell she was a regular guest there. She was loud, Obnoxious and disrespectful to the other players around her, in my opinion. By using profanity and saying other words and language that shouldn't ever be allowed. Please address these issues, so everyone can enjoy there experience and be able to focus on playing poker. Thank you

Drove out from where I'm visiting in Alabama to come here for a poker tournament... Had no idea poker was this big in jacksonville! I'm from California so I'm used to having a lot of action all the time but had never really talked to anybody about the Florida area scene. I asked around for some food recommendations as I was early for the tournament asked five people four of them said definitely get the sushi . I could literally sushi everyday I love it so I was a little skeptical about ordering sushi from a casino, glad I took the chance because it was delicious!

Very,very clean and restrooms clean& stocked. Only issue cashiers don't want to key in your bets, so if not knowledgeable with using their kikos machines will have difficulty betting. Awesome dining areas and snack bar.When in Jacksonville will definitely go again.

Very nice simulcast parlour. Lots of TVs and monitors. The only problem I found was that most of the monitors were hard to change the channels or they did work at all,as far as changing the channels. Very clean and well light. Good food and drink also.

Bad service. Horrible customer service and dealers who have been around for way to long. Gave it a try again and wont be back. Sushi tasted horrible. Felons all around acting normal. Very bad place. Go to Daytona or don't go at all …

The guy on golf cart need to get up and walk around parking lot too and be fair to everyone and stop finding who he wants to give ticket because on lines like who has 250.$ to throw away and you don't even get a warning ⚠️

My 1st visit to the Kennel Club! I had a great experience. Great atmosphere to play cards. Played in a tournament and everything went smoothly. Had a very good time and will be returning again my next trip to Florida.

Several card games available. 6 handed poker as of this visit. Off-track betting on dogs, horses, harness and Jai alai. 3% takeout extra for off-track horses and harness. Staff rather friendly on the whole.

I wish I could them no stars. The saying is so true the house ALWAYS wins. I went 3 days in a row and lost each time. Never I once got more than what I came in with. Definitely the worst place ever.

One of the Best Poker Rooms in Florida! Attentive floor staff and room is very easy to navigate even when crowded. Also did well with trying to overcome the current issues of Health and Saftey.

They've RAISED The RAKE To $6 + $2 for High hand Stating because of the Minimum Wage increase is why there's a RAKE increase. Where's the BAD BEAT Jackpot $$$$ At???

These people are very technical on how you wear your mask and apparently will kick you out if you have your mask down while drinking a beverage
