On June 19th I decided to go to Jackson's Car Wash to get my 2013 toyota 4 runner a quick wash like I usually do every 2 weeks without ever having a issue. However on this day I started at the beginning of the wash having a drivers side mirror and came out having no drivers side mirror. I was guided in like usual and about half way through the flaps that wash your car hit my drivers side mirror then proceeded to tear it completely off. I was in shock that this happened, because I have never had any issue like this before. Obviously once I was out of the car wash I notified the employees who got me a supervisor who also in shock that this happened and was able to retrieve my busted mirror from inside the car wash and he told me all I could do at that time was write an incident report and wait for the manager to call me back 3 days later. On Tuesday June 22nd a manager finally calls me just to tell me that he looked at the camera footage and he was able to actually see the equipment ripe off my mirror, however they are not responsible for my mirror because my car is over 100,000 miles. I'm sorry but what does my car being over 100,000 miles have anything to do with your car wash equipment ripping off my mirror? Only thing he had to offer me was free car washes or a car detail when all I want is my mirror fixed. I called the corporate office that same day and all they took was my information, and still have not heard back from them a week later. After a week of driving without a drivers side mirror I finally had to get my car fixed and it cost me almost $380 dollars to fix my mirror all because I decided to get my car washed at Jackson's car wash. I am extremely disappointed and honestly feel like Jackson's Car Wash truly don't care about their customers or what damage their car wash does. And until someone reaches out to me and makes me feel otherwise I highly do no recommend supporting and using this car wash.

Not ketchup at all! I write all my reviews on yelp and obviously the owner or the manager does not read them. Every single time I go and pull my car out of being washed it starts forming water spots because there’s never any towels available! Also, when they finally do bring them out when I have to go get them they’re completely wet is there something wrong with the dryer?! I have a membership here and unfortunately, this is the only one close to me to my residence. If there was another one, I would definitely give it a try, but I’m getting close to canceling my membership. Something has to be done. It’s not kept up and they’re usually all huddled together the employees. And I do call them out on it. They know me by now. We should not have to go search for towels to dry our cars.

Never coming here again. One and done. I paid $80 for a detail and I’ve never seen such a poor job! I should have known they wouldn’t spend enough time considering it’s such a high volume location. I could have done the equivalent myself for a $5 car wash! Im disappointed and they didn’t even offer to fix it or at the very least refund so I can take it somewhere else to get properly detailed. I recommend going with a small detailing business and that’s what I should have done to begin with where they would have done the job right the first time.

Chanel and the rest of the crew are awesome! They are always smiling and happy to see me! Even going out of the way to say hi when I'm in a different lane. I have been going to several other Jackson's Car Washes and they are NOT as nice and friendly as this one on Thomas Rd. We've been to 20th St and Highland, Tatum and Cactus, and Happy Valley Rd near the I17. Thomas Rd is the BEST!

They have a nice place the kiosk workers got me in pretty quick. After that, mostly car washes are pretty much the same. You go into the tunnel in the machine washes everything. I don't like the setup for pulling into the vacuum stalls. You get stuck crossing traffic coming out of the car wash. Unfortunately, that seems to be a problem at all of these car washes.

The staff is so nice and friendly. I locked my entire key set in the trunk of my car few months back and a young man helped me get them. No, it wasn't easy, but he kept trying until he got it opened. They keep that lot area clean. They also have clean rags for customer's use and leave them in a bin when you're finished. NO STEALING of their blue rags......please.

Simply the Best automated car wash system in Phoenix and the staff is very friendly they often come around inquiring if I need anything. Restroom is always kept clean and vacuuming equipment is modern & very functional. It’s obvious the designers use their experience on how to make the perfect car wash system.

I got a free wash coupon from them and decided to give this new place a try. Their machine scratched my car during the wash (see photos). The manager was nice and agreed to wax and polish my car to remove the scratches. Most of the scratches were fixed but there were two just don’t go away. Very disappointed.

Jackson’s is always the best. Better quality wash than some other washes. Even the quick wash is great. Very well kept and clean at this location and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Rico is a familiar face that is always making sure you have what you need. Highly recommended!!

I visited the carwash with my family plan 4and while the service was decent, I encountered an issue where there were no towels available for most of the time I was there. This was quite inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.

Every experience I had at jackson's car wash, today ganon let us in with a smile and greeted at the other end by lizzy, also two fresh towels. The manger seems he's a friend to his employees and costumers when met.

The crew at this place are always so friendly and helpful. They go above what's expected, and that's a great customer service quality, and one I always practice with my customers/clients. I won't go anywhere else!

I always come to this place. Best drive thru wash and on atop of that, I locked my keys in the car at the free vacuum s The manager came out himself and popped the lock in five minutes. Rico top tier service

This place is a disaster. I’ve been a member since they opened about 2 years ago and quality control has gone down the drain. Half the time there’s a problem with the wash and the vacuums are weak.

Amazing people and best car wash ever! Servers always say hi, have a smile on their faces and make me feel welcome. I can’t say enough for this car wash station and it’s workers! Good job!

Not bad not great either simple wash and vacuum needed with strong air blowing compressor downside is you have to walk to get your towels they're not at the vacuum hose
