I didn’t have a great experience here. They are 24hrs, so I came here late, since my shift ended late. Before driving here I looked them up to check their times, to see if they are 24hrs. They had truck/trailer out front bringing in supplies. I tried going through the drive-thru to place an order, but, instead I was greeted with only hostility & aggression, as an employee gruffly yelled at me (instead of politely telling me) they are closed. As I left, all 4 employees stepped out of the building to give me a dirty look. I don’t how these people were trained, but I know it doesn’t take 4 store members and “delivery” driver to offload product to a store that it would shut it down completely! Only a manager & driver is needed to complete this task! In the future; If you want to let patrons know that you are closed. Then maybe,..I don’t know, ..turn Off that big, bright, neon “OPEN” sign that’s lit-up in the store, and Put up a “Closed” sign for the drive-thru!!!!

I won't lie...I Honestly thought I was waiting in The Drive-thru at Whataburger, because it was Sooo Freakin Long. LOL!!! It was only Three cars in front of Me, but each car took FOREVER. But once I got to The Window, I saw The African-American Lady Manager & she was SOOO EXCITED & HAPPY!!! Theway she said 'Nattie,' just made Me Smile!!! She was Training a New Hire at the register & He seemed to Relax more once He saw How she responded with Me. I Honestly Hope I made Their Night just as much as they made Mine!!! Keep doing what Yall are doing here at The Fitzhugh & 75 Jack-in-the-Box!!!

If I could rate no stars I would, as many mention thus location is never open 24hrs uts always a reason why I was told they couldn't take my order because they were only doing door dash because he had no cooks yet there was people inside beside the one gentleman that told me this employees just talking and laughing as I drove by the window this was last week, today I swing by and wanted 4 breakfast Jack's 2 of them bacon and 2 of them sausage not sure where he got 8 breakfast jack from he kept repeating my order wrong then he raised his voice with attitude I asked him what the attitude was for no response asked for a manager and corporate he said he was a manager but wouldn't give me a name nor a number nor did he come to the window. You should hire better staff definitely better management to run a restaurant and can provide better customer service.

I pulled up to the speaker at the drive thru and I sat there 3-5mins I said hello multiple times no answer and now there are two other cars behind me so I decided to drive to the window, I honestly wasn't mad and I ask the hispanic guy is the speaker not working I was there for a bit of time and no answer, I was honestly asking because I didn't know if that was the case and he answered with a nasty attitude "well why didn't you say hello", seriously and I was like well can you take my other here, his answer "no I already took the order behind you, I can't". Ok, well you just lost a customer, I have no time to argue with ignorant people! I don't ever write reviews, but I thought I should this time because honestly that customer service will drive customers away if y'all don't consider switching staff.

This location is horrible. Do not ever go in the morning. They’re never busy but always have an attitude. Get people who know what customer service means. I stop here every other morning and it’s always the one rude older guy at the window. He needs a vacation because he’s obliviously tired of working. Just rude and racist today he told me he’s tired of my people. When I asked for his name to report him he slammed the door in my face so now I will be putting him all over social media. Jack in the box do better with your employees. People spend their hard earned money to help feed their families and to receive racism when you just wanted a breakfast jack is nugatory nonsense.

I wish I had the experience of some of these other customers who rate this location anything higher than a 1 star. While I agree that the food is always hot and there isn’t ever any horseplay and the people here seem to be trying to be the best at their job, the lines are always long and slow moving (negates the definition of fast food). Also they say they are open 24 hours and they are not. Extremely disappointed because this is the closest location to my home and will have to take my business elsewhere during the rare times I get a hankering for unhealthy fast food because it’s not easily accessible at this location!

Worst costumer service. Guy at the window tries to talk to us like we dumb. Tell me “I GOT IT” or trying to rush me. He is the only one with an attitude at the store. He even asked me if I wanted hot sauce and said yes, gave me my bag asked him if the hot sauce was inside he said. I got home and guess what….. no hot sauce….. how can you ask someone if they want something and still don’t give it to them.

Good luck to everyone out there getting dinner at nighttime because the person at the drive thru didn't get my drink right. It wouldn't have been an issue if this wasn't the same guy that makes up excuses before that he doesn't speak Spanish and now argues that he does understand and that the one on the wheel should be issuing the order, not the one paying for the meal. I wish I could give this location a zero unprofessional workers they didn't understand the order. We had to repeat ourself multiple times and waysted 20 minutes of our time. Old man got mad and when we try to give them the card to pay the old hispanic man slid the door and turned around he started talking in Spanish. and had a smirk on his face when We told him he didn't need to be rude. This is the 1st time I've been to this location. And I was pleasantly surprised. When I walked in I was greeted by both the supervisor Terence, and the cashier who didn't have a name tag on. The store was clean. Including the restroom. I ordered the sourdough burger combo with a coffee instead of soda.. To the point, all the items were freshly made including the coffee. Heck just, the fresh coffee would have impressed me but hot steaming fries was a great thing yes..

24 hours is a joke. Car in front of me ordered then I pull up to order and I’m advised “we’re closed.”now I have to sit in line for the car in front of me to get their order so I can leave this establishment to go get food from a place that actually is opened. False advertisement on store hours for this location. Highly disappointed I wasted my time and gas driving to a location claiming to be open when they are not. This is why Whataburger is better

The night manager a Hispanic male was rude... stated to me he didn't have to explain to me why he wasn't able to serve me food... I stated I was calling corporate he stated he was independently own not a franchise... I only asked if why not close if you aren't able to help customers... why be open if u can serve food he said he didn't have to answer me didn't have to give me his name either... 4 cars was in the line & he didn't help Noone

Your service is terrible. The dining room hours are wrong. The staff s speaks Hardly no English. And they refused to let you in the dining room before hours are over. On top of the fact that they are rude and inconsiderate and dirty. Their food is either undercooked or overcooked are greasy. Top of the fact that you can't tell if the manager is a man or woman. Either way there's no reason to be unnecessarily rude which they are

I'm very picky about certain drive thru fast food places as some are just more satisfactory than others. thus far I more prefer the Jack located off fitzhugh and central as their service has been the best Jack Box in local area. Food hot and quality, no issues such as rude customer service, or childish horse play, no constant long wait time. Its been the most professional location site among Jack in box. Thanks

They are always quick and friendly, product seems fresh each time. they always have their shake machine running in good order, my girlfriend enjoys a strawberry shake, there is a McDonald's 600 ft away , their shake machine never works. I recommend this location

Usually don't order fast food but my daughter wanted a burger and turns out they had a brunch menu and I ordered the skillet with sausage, homestyle potatoes with scrambled eggs. I decided to order and was impressed. The employees at this location give great customer service. They're so nice and you don't have to wait a long time for your food even if they're is a lot of customers.

Came through drive thru the burger's keep getting smaller ‍♀️. The customer service was amazing, everything we asked for on our 4 combos was there.

I’m in the restaurant business and get off late. I would like to recognize Bridget for her great smile and attention to detail. While my burger was a little stale, she made sure that order was correct and greeted me with a great attitude. I live in the neighborhood and have been coming to this location for years and this is the time that I have written a review.

My experience at Jack in The box was excellent it was very late night so I had low expectations of the customer service but Hugo was a very professional and very fast on serving me I definitely look forward to coming to this location again especially if I have to come late night 7 stars for my man Hugo

Fast and quick as usual. It's too close to the service road of 75 highway I don't feel safe in that corner. Ample dinning room enough parking spot for 30 vehicles. Handicaps spots, clean restrooms, overall the service and building are great. It's the location that doesn't give me sense of safety. One can see all those speedsters passing by those windows.

Nice and quick. Food is served fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and calm.

The staff here are extremely rude for no reason. It’s Oct 14 9:26 pm. Tried to ordered in the drive thru and guy was rude and we pulled up to the window to try to explain that we couldn’t understand him. He curse us out and said he didn’t want to take our order no more and then close the window. No communication just f us.

It's alright,I don't have any complaints. Just noticed that if people who know you work there they could treat you differently than they would a stranger which I find unprofessional. Other than that it's alright,food is always on time. There aren't missing items and they're delivery friendly (through ubereats or postmates)

It was delicious! I had not been in a jack-in-the-box in a couple years. This one was clean with friendly employees. Our order was accurate and those cinnamon things for dessert were awesome! Right off of Central expressway. we were in and out quickly and able to continue on with our travels

The staff at the counter are usually very cordial and seemingly willing to help. I always get my food quickly when there, which is important since I only have 30 mins for lunch. Now a days just driving to get something to eat can take up 10 minutes.

Lady stated her grill is down and can only make chicken, if that was the case then a paper sign needs to be posted on the menu board just like anywhere else would do. Pretty sure she just cleaned the grill and was not going to dirty it
