Good quality food; professional staff; clean building inside and out; get food in a few minutes; even large orders are finished in 10 minutes or less in the morning; not sure about the afternoon or evening; haven't been there at those times.The employees don't favor some more than others like most fast food places around the area; and they ask you what condiments you want, and give a good amount for the food you order. McDonald's doesn't do that most of the time; large fries 2 mc chickens they will give you 2 ketchup packs, 3 if lucky; they act like it's coming out of their pockets for the condiments, and the McDonald's in this area seems to favor everyone over African Americans and we wait longer for our food and it's wrong. I know this is the ghetto; but not everyone that comes in is like that, but they don't seem to noticed or care about that. Their are a few good employees in them; but most are not. I haven't been in a McDonald's for a few months because of how the overall service is; Jack In The Box service is way better, and I prefer their food over other fast foods. They also don't look at you like your going to steal or do something to them or the building; I never felt like they were always eyeing me or talking about me. They know how to treat people like they are people.

Went to the parking spot by the motorcycle parking and waited just shy of 20 minutes and went in to see what the deal is. She ran right to the back and gave it right to me. Seriously was waiting that long for my favorite meal but when I got home it was still fresh and really good. First time ever going to that Jack In The Box but seriously forgot our order made us wait in a long line thinking everything would be put together and giving to us so we could get ready for Christmas. Maybe they where too. Again I understand but I don't like waiting and waiting, wondering how my favorite meal is going to be! I love Jack In The Box and always have and always will, but stuff like that makes me wonder what they are really doing behind the scenes!

We just went and ordered 18 tacos. 10 with everything & 8 without cheese because our daughter is allergic. We always order like this and it’s never an issue. However we also ordered a 4 count egg roll. Once we got to the window the lady asked us like 3 times if it was 8 without cheese and I said yes plz & the rest with everything. When we arrived at home none of the tacos had cheese, some had hot sauce on them and some didn’t…they were very sloppy and falling apart. They even tasted old like they had been sitting there. The food was just gross. My daughter took a bite out of one and didn’t eat the rest. Shortly after that her stomach started hurting. They didn’t give us the buttermilk we asked for or the order or egg rolls at all. I called them and called them and nobody answers. I hope my daughter doesn’t get food poisoning & I would like a full refund for my order. Never going back again! Also there’s always the same homeless guy waiting for you at the window when your getting your order begging for money and they don’t do anything about it either. GO TO A DIFFERENT JACK IN THE BOX.

Very slow, and efficient service. I was picking up a DoorDash delivery when I arrived, they had not even started the order. While waiting, I asked if we could go ahead and get the drinks ready. She said yes, she would, but stood waiting for the food to come out first. Then, when the food was ready, she started on the drinks. I spent over 15 minutes, waiting to just pick up one order that should have been ready when I arrived. They also had ingredients (like chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, other toppings, etc.) that were being stored on the front counter, right by where customers stand, and where they risk contamination. A child that was standing in line next to me, kept reaching over and running his finger under the chocolate sauce spout, then licking it. You would think the mother would’ve stopped him, but no. The store manager saw him do it once, laughed and said, “isn’t that cute?” (Not the response I would’ve expected.)

I had to leave this review out of complete disgust for this company. My daughter was working at the N Buckner location, the manager would say every other day not to come in. Then one day they didn't add her to the schedule...instead of speaking to her AT ALL, the manager avoided & ignored her messages asking if she had been added to the schedule for almost a week. I told my daughter to call these foolish people because an employer is supposed to respond. Upon calling to inquire, Chelo told my child not to come back! No reason, no explanation, no information even why.. I am now reaching out to the Texas workforce commission to report this employer for breaking employment laws. I hope they are fined. The franchise owner of this location should be more aware of what's going on with his business. I will never eat @ JITB again, I can't believe they do things like this to their employees. Please avoid this business, let them know it's not ok to mistreat your employees.

At 406am Wednesday morning I pulled up to drive through sign to order she came on and said at the moment my register is restarting you can wait in parking lot for 15 minutes. I agreed and after 15 minutes I drove back through the drive through and she came on again andreminded her that 15 min ago she had told me that and she was short with me but told me it does it twice. So I waited at speaker. Then after 15 min I continued to say hello with no reply. I backed up and pulled back to the menu and she said I'll take your order in a min. After 7 minutes she asked what she could get me. I placed my order and drove to the window. During my order I asked her a couple of questions about what I was ordering and she was not too helpful and was short. As I gave her my card to pay she handed it back and said it would be 7 minutes unless I could pay in cash because her register was again restarting. said the same thing. I

I specifically asked for my tacos to be well made, as in all the ingredients- cheese and lettuce etc... Reason being, I had a similar problem last week. Well I spoke with lady through Drive thru speaker and she apologized for the last occurrence and even gave a lame excuse as to why last order of tacos were less than O.K. "ran out of cheese so we cut it in quarters". Wow how sloppy, better to be upfront and honest. So, she assured me today she would make sure they were prepared correctly. My goodness, when I got home, there's no way this wasn't a joke in bad taste! Tacos were broken, no lettuce, no cheese, and a smeared dallop of the brown mixture in between two stale broken shells.

i'll have to refer back to my receipt for the details but I visited this location on 5/12 and the lady was very rude about fixing an order that they made wrong. I asked for PLAIN burgers (cheese and pickles only) which I did specify at the time of ordering, when I asked if they were done correctly she said they came with ketchup and mustard. I was fine with them re-making the burgers but it seemed to be a problem for her and an EVEN BIGGER problem for the lady that had to bring the bag outside...5 steps away from the door. at least the look on her face made me feel it was a problem. I never have problems with the service at night , guess ill stay away from the snobby morning crew!

Update: I doubt the generic pr response will actually address the problem. That lady needed to be fired, as she clearly is sabotaging the food, and/or doing something that isn't sanitary. It's the second time I've gone to this restaurant and both times a lady working at the drive-thru had a can of either nacho cheese or beans on the ground that was open and it looks like she was sweeping it with a broom. The first time I didn't know what was going on but the second time seeing her do the same thing grossed me out so much that I threw all my food away. I still don't know what she's doing but I know whatever she's doing she's not supposed to be doing that.

I am giving this place a star review for several reasons. 1: Staff members in this place are extremely rude on some days and on other days it's the opposite. 2: Food is as you would imagine fast food so its not necessarily the best to say the least. But compared to other jack in the box's around the area, this one in particular has the worst of the worst. Yesterday I ordered the Spicy Sriracha Burger and I was baffled with what I got. I opened the box in which the burger came and all I saw was the bun missing bacon missing. Unfortunately I was extremely mad that I immediately threw it away. I would give them a three star review but i will not.

This particular one is really slow during the evenings and nights, but I don't blame them, I've only ever seen maybe 2 workers at a time max in the building when it's dark. If you come, be patient and be prepared to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru even for a small meal. I only go occasionally and only if I'm really REALLY craving curly fries. Hopefully the workers aren't doing too bad in there. Food still tastes good and staff is nice.

this Jack in the Box was very nice. I was able to get my large Oreo milkshake. Although who really needs a large milkshake? I definitely didn't need the large milkshake. But it was totally worth it. If you're thinking about getting some kind of sweet drink and Sonic's not around go to Jack In The Box and get their Oreo milkshake. Their Oreo milkshake was my favorite thing that I ate during the entire day. I think that I will go back and get an Oreo milkshake. But don't forget to get the two for a dollar tacos so that you can make sure you get your carbs and protein with your fat from the Oreo milkshake. Yum.

I went yesterday at 7pm to this location and it was the worst customer service ever i tried to order a munchie meal n the guy taking the order told me that they couldnt sell it to me i mean i know its cost more because its before timing n i tried to tell him but he still didnt want to sell it to because suppose i didnt have enough to pay for it but its not his busy if i did or didnt that was so rude obviously if im asking for i have money to pay for it ..i will not ever return to this location even though its 3minutes away from my house i rather drive farther then get bad customer service again ..

An employee there named Jesús was very rude to me, very unacceptable language and attitude towards me and my friend. I ordered a salad very clearly and I got the wrong order and when I confronted my order he started yelling at me and telling me stuff I did not even said. I order this every time and he stated I was wrong! But I know what I ordered because I always order my specific salad. Very rude when I asked for my money back and at one point I thought he was going to throw my drink at me. The place is fine is just him specifically Hispanic older man named jesus.

This was my exploping chicken Nacho Munchie Meal....Really??? The service was like they(workers that day),didn't care becuz I've had better service at this location but this particular night that crew was poor and no enthusiasm was given while the customers ordered because it was more than me because I was the 4th person in line,so not only did I get poor service the 3 customers in front of me did as well, but again I've gotten better service there before and it was fast and good....One bad service ruined it for me...‍♂️‍♂️

Awful!! They ALWAYS mess up orders will never go back to this jack in the box and definitely will tell others about my multiple experience in going to that one only reason I go is because it’s close but I do blame myself for not checking the bags before I drive off which I shouldn’t I should feel comfortable that my order is correct! The new manager here is so reluctant to let customers use coupons. Twice in the last month I went here with a coupon and the workers said the manager wouldn't let us use it or said there were restrictions which were not specified on the coupon. I just tried to use a "$1 off a shake" and the worker said the manager says they can only use it on small shakes. But the coupon didn't say small shake, so we argued about it. The stupid thing is since it was "$1 off" they would be making more money if I ordered ordered a large than a small

Would give no stars if I could. The service was terrible, the food was thrown together like they didn't want to be at work that day. The lady who answered at the drive thru had an attitude, the other lady begging 5he food asked me to go to the front door and she would bring the food to me (I was the only car in the line) and when she brought it to the car, she kind of shoved it into my hands and didn't say anything! No "have a nice day" or "here's your order" or "thank you" or "you're welcome." I will definitely not be returning

I just started going to this location and two times in a row they failed to get my order right. Note this was my third time coming here. When I brought it to their attention the lady just looked at me crazy and ignored me. I paid for a 6 dollar burger and they gave me a burger with no toppings just one meat no cheese. They Couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I don’t know what kind of stingy business are you running here but never coming back to this location. If I’ll could give zero stars I would.

The people reviewing this location must be employees doing their own survey's. This location is the worst. There is no diversity with employees.!!!! You cant get in the door or out the drive-thru without being harrassed by those who want your spare change... You can tell when u have an all female staff, they all have attitudes, i even had one play like she can't speak English! Typical for them when they dont want to work!!! and the line is unusually long. They also refuse to give you receipts for your order.

I've been coming here before and I'd honestly rather eat inside (if you dont mind the sticky tables) but the Drive Thru is Atrocious!!! You try ordering and cant understand them due to inproper speech (not accents). They get your order wrong. I was ordering and heard them bickering with each other not only that but you also get screamed at for not instantly answering their question. I'd rather drive out to the location on jim miller and I-30 (hopefully that location is better)

Service is very slow here. If your not in a hurry it's ok. Decided to give it another try on a different day and apart from having very slow service they got my order completely wrong. I was given food that cost less than what I had paid for. Three months later I return to this location just to be disappointed once again. My food was completely cold and didn't taste fresh. Jack in the box on Buckner and John west tried to give me food that was in someone else's car. I was behind the car that handed the sacks back to the employees.then they tried to hand me the bag and I let him know that I know the food was in that car and I don't want it. That is called cross-contamination. They remade the food and dropped it on the floor. I knew that was a sign for me not to eat there. I left. Wish I could give zero stars

Do not order from this location if you have any food allergies!!! They pay no attention to requests to remove an item. I have given them too many chances and they consistently ignore. Doesn't matter if it's in person or using their app. So if you're like me and have food allergies this place is dangerous to your health and needs to have a complete overhaul of their practices. Jack N Box should be ashamed.

Im rating this a 2 because the service is HORRIBLE! I went here around 4 am! NO I AM NOT DRUNK! We simply are eating really late. The lady “Maria” is MEAN! She was VERY rude! We asked for hot sauce and she said “I already put 8 in the bag” we offered money for more sauce and she still refused. My food was also cold! And we WAITED about 15 mins for it... again... I’m giving a 2 for the service! Because fast food is fast food!

Go here because it's the closest one but too many times have they gotten our order wrong. Happened again today. I was in a hurry to get back to work so I only peaked in the bags to make sure there was a burger and strips in each bag, gave them the benefit of the doubt so I could make it back to work on time and sure enough, the burger was a plain burger after we ordered the ultimate bacon burger (whatever it's called).

The lady at the drive thru window working today 2-2-10 about 9:30 (not to be rude but chubby lady)was very rude does not know how to treat a customer ! Need better customer service. Not once did she greet or say you’re welcome when I said thank you, twice I asked for certain condiments and only received ketchup. She didn’t charge me two things so at the window I had to re order. Ordered from here a very simple order, #14 which is chicken nuggets and French fries with a sweet tea. Waited an hour and then when I get my food I immediately drink the tea and it’s not sweet, then I find out my chicken nuggets aren’t even in the bag. Literally, it’s just fires and Not even French fries, potato wedges. I called and called but their number just goes straight to an annoying beep. Never order from here.

Breakfast “sammies” (sandwiches) are so good 24/7 that I had doordash deliver them to my home in less time than it’d take to drive there (< 10 mins.) Here’s a shout out for a varied menu that boasts fresh burgers — fresh tacos — fresh iced tea ... and drumroll..... Dr Pepper that has the perfect kick to it! DAM, PM, middle-of-the-night-after-waaaay-too-long-a-workday? Go to Jack! You won’t look back!!!

this has to be the worst jack ever, but always running out of vegetables, always selling me old dry burgers or chicken. one time I ordered a chicken sandwich, they gave me a dry old chicken patty, so I complained, the manager told me "next time u need to tell us to make it fresh when u order", I'm thinking the whole time they should do that automatically. but this is the worst jack ever

Service not good. It was a late night when I went but they are not friendly and seem like they hate their job. Not sure why they are working in customer service. The woman taking my order gave me attitude. Drove up to the window and the crew working the drive thru are blasting rap music out loud. Literally sound on full blast. Drive through guy had order completely wrong! Got up to the window and asked him to repeat order it was wrong and he starts rolling his eyes. I asked him if he understood what my husband was telling him and he said no so I proceeded to make sure the order was correct. If you dont want to be at work or if you are NOT customer friendly then take your lazy a** back home!

Worst Jack in the Box ever the girl at the counter was so rude it was completely empty inside so it's not like they were busy I was trying to be nice and make small talk and she just looked at me then when we got our tacos they tasted old and we're gooey and hard the place was dirty and had trash all over the floor definitely will not be going back there

Nothing special. The women working the drive thru is hardly loud enough to hear, they can hardly here when ordering. On top of that, they will probably get your drink wrong. I pretty much only order food to get coke zero sooo after getting home, I am disappointed to find out it's coke. Thanks... It's not at all the same and I can't drink it.

I always come late at night and order a munchie meal. I've never had a messed up order and the quality of my food is consistently good. The Hispanic woman who runs the drive thru is very efficient and always super nice. The drive thru has had some crazy people in it late at night but thats never stopped the staff from giving me good service.

Worst location ever. The Jack in the Box app and the door to the store said the lobby will be open till 11 PM. The manager close the lobby early because he said “because I feel like it “and wouldn’t give me my online order unless I sat in the drive thru that was seven cars deep for an order that was already ready.

The food was good, the staff was friendly, but my last visit, was literally my last visit because 3 times, in a row, they have forgotten to put some of my food in the bag. I am tired of being charged for food that I am not getting to eat! Sorry Jack! I guess Taco Bell will get my late night business from now on.

I love their jumbo egg rolls though they've messed up twice one time I ordered a fajita pita and. Inside was stuffed with more pita there was no chicken I always order those and I love them but it made me sick and I stopped going to check in the box for a while then I started going for the egg rolls

This is the worst Jack in the Box I've ever been too. The Drive thru is extremely slow, the manager at night doesn't know what he's doing. I've received the wrong order twice. This last time I ordered a munchie meal and didn't get the tacos. This place should be shut down. Worst. service. ever.

They never give you the sauce you ask for that goes to your meal. When you order, they make you pull to the front of the building and wait. They bring you your food with either no sauce at all or sauce you didn't even ask for. Also if you modify your order I guarantee it'll be wrong.

fantastic place for a quick bite, the wait times are not long. They have a good variety of American food options. Prices are not as low as other places, but they aren't high by any means. I would recommend if you want a higher grade of food without long waits or dropping big cash.

The employee MARIBEL, is very rude and unethical. Had a problem with my order and she snatched back my receipt and told me I was lying. She looks like the manger and if that’s how she’s running things or teaching her employees, than this place won’t get business for very long.

It's a hit or miss here.. sometimes you get good service and sometimes you just get rude people... I come here early in the am and the last thing I wanna hear is a grouchy person taking my order. They need to greet people then start taking the order with out screaming smh

They need to be polite. There was not a thank you anywhere. Felt really rushed and on top my order was wrong. A simple request of adding pickles was like the end of the world and I still didn't get the pickles on my sandwich as requested. No coming back to this location.

Maribel a cashier at jack is very unprofessional. Cussed me out was just disgusted on how poorly her attitude was towards me. Will never go back to jack this is unacceptable. I have been trying to get a hold of manager but no response. Someone needs to call me asap.

Completely messed up my order. Simple 1 burger with only ketchup, came with cheese. 2nd burger came with everything but cheese. Ordered regular fries, ended up with curly fries, the people eating the food hate curly fries.

When you ask for extra bacon instead of eggs and get the exact amount of bacon that the regular platter gets. The only time to go to this establishment is at night. The night guy is cool but the women in the morning dgaf.

Food is good but service is bad and they charge 50 cent for buttermilk. Ive never encounteted that before, only allowed 2 buttermilk and sweet and sour any extra sauces it is a 50 cent extra plus tax.
