We went ordered our food and when we were about to eat I found a hair in my food and I showed the employee and I saw they had their hair tied up but basically down they also got our order wrong and my dads food was burned and it was old he went and showed them and the guy took it and told the people cooking and they cursed at him in Spanish which is his language when we sat down to eat we heard one of the lady's say "They took all the food next time give them back their money" she started cursing in Spanish again and again their was a hair in my food it was black hair I'm a light brown hair so I really don't recommend this location. I'm not mad about how the food was I'm mad that they started cursing at us in a language we understand! The golden rule still applies treat others the way you want to be treated!

I ordered a number 4, a number 11, and ten nuggets totaling 21.57. I paid and waited about 5 minutes. Normal and not the problem. Problem was when given my food I was told my card declined and i needed to pay again. Odd after 5 minutes i was just told. I checked my account and low and behold I was charged. Was refused my food until I paid even when I proved it to the manager by showing my bank account. Their suggestion was call the bank and say their was a fraudulent charge. Which freezes bank accounts. This is the third time I've been double charged. If you are going to pay with a card expect to pay multiple times on multiple cards because their system loves to steal from their customers. This is outrageous and I'm done believing the staff.

DO NOT COME TO THIE PLACE IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. I stopped at this location at 5:20 this morning 2/18/23, the guy at the window Gabriel took my card, put into the card reader and then another employee came to the window, pulled my card out, placed on the top of the machine, then pulled out his phone grabbed my card from the machine turns his back slightly and took a picture of my credit card. I confronted him and of course he denied it, but I saw him! That Gabriel guy just stood there and said nothing, I think he was in on it. Jack in the Box, or should I say thief in the box on Marsh Ln. I go in about twice a week. The front counter help is nice. I like Jacks Tacos. They put a good amount of lettuce in the taco. I like tomato's on my taco. Some time I get charged extra for tomato's. It is an American Taco, tomato should be in the taco. I thank a good picture of Jack is needed inside decor. Front counter person bring me the food most of the time, that is nice. Good people work at this Jack In The Box. The store is all ways clean. Best Jack in the box Tacos In Dallas Texas.

I order A jumbo jack meal.Chicken nuggets and a jumbo Jack jr. Along with drinks for my children and myself. The food was hot and I had no issues with service .I did notice that they had been so busy that they did not have time to clean some of the tables.I received great service and hope that they get enough staff to keep the tables clean.I plan on visiting this location again in the future hopefully they have enough staff.

The workers always act like they're in a hurry and you're bothering them. I have a very tough vehicle and the employee did not make it easy for me to be able to get my drinks and was constantly rushing me to hurry up like she had something better to do. Worst part was the food was cold and nasty at least I could have had good food and dealt with the attitude and horrible service. Received bad service and nasty food.

It was like trying to understand a whole other language through the drive thru speaker. Then the lady tried to tell us only one order per car. Finally she charged me for more ranch. Come on, for real why are we paying for condiments? The food was good, but the experience getting it was awful.

The service is good the employees are nice people, the food looks perfect, but taste very bad, even my churros my chicken nuggets, my tacos, like they are using the same oil for long time, I don't recommend this place, I used to buy my food in different locations of the same Jack in the box, but this is the first one where the food taste very bad.

It was ok about the same as every place sausage, egg ,cheese, croissant and a potato Patty and a drink about $7 nothing to write home about . customer service about the same everywhere you go like they are not interested in you as a customer. Easy access from Marsh Lane Crossroad is Walnut Hill in and out fairly quickly for having a big line.

Seems every time I come here,it gets worse. They close the lobby earlier than what's posted on the door. Today, waited forever for my food. When I asked where my order was, I was told that they had a big order come in. I was there when the big order came in....after I ordered. My food was sitting in the bin getting cold. My food was cold.

Always messing up my order, to the point where you directly tell them you want jelly, they confirm you want jelly and they throw in nothing but Ketchup. Not even a language barrier because I speak both Spanish and English so my recommendation to management is retraining I suppose or new hires that are more capable of simple requests.

Went there 15 mins ago and they forgot to put my sandwich they only gave me the hash brown Please fix this problem and costumers should not have to check their bag to make sure their food is there. Went there today march 11 and they gave me my order but it was bacon and not sausage , and i can't eat it because i am allergic to bacon.

I was there Tuesday at 7pm. Ordered the double fish combo for $6.99. Register upfront was not working. They took my card to back to charge. I looked at bank statement today. I was charged TWICE. Called today and no answer. Not cool. I'll be stopping by tonight for a refund. Inform them I'm coming.

I am really starting to like the 2 Tacos for $1.19 at Jack in the Box. If you want a cheap and affordable lunch that may satisfy you, I recommend trying two tacos and a Jumbo Jack Jr for under $3.00 or you can get 4 tacos instead. Either way, it's a darn good deal.

I really don't like putting negative stuff but the service was bad. The person that took our order acted really rude. Like if she was in a rush. Also gave us our order incomplete. A couple things missing. The tacos we order were really over cooked, almost burned.

Ive been coming here for over a year, and hands down I have to admitt its the best jack that ive been to. Place is always clean, and great staff, clean and good food. I came in today at 7pm and the guy at the front is very professional and respectful.

Slow service and didn't show much care for the food and making us wait for almost 15 min for a small order. Guy at the front his name was Braulio I belive no good service.

Saw the line was long in drive thru so I wanted to go inside to order but the doors were locked,at least put a sign on the door that says the inside is closed,but the food was good and the drive thru person was friendly but frazzled.

It's Jack in the box man! Nothing special about the drive thru. Wish I could get a shake or malt in the middle of the night but nope. That's when they clean the machine.

Very nice and clean. Food was good, and you don’t have to be constantly asking for ketchup and hot sauce they place baskets full packages for you to use in each table.

This location constantly has cars backed up because of its slow employees. They tell you to not drive forward so it looks like they are being quick to thier bosses
