What positive good community but no proper supermarket with all family needs. Other negative is the little school kids on scooters after school, other is the delivery motorbikes who do not understand the school kids cross road and unfortunately this can cause tragedy one day.God forbidden.

Some nice parts, lawned areas are good with nice planting near to the villas, tennis and basketball courts, however other areas need a lot of improvement. No water in the water features, bare sand, dead plants, dog mess etc.

JVT community park is a moderate sized park for district 9L JVT residents. Awesome place for small kids party and some outdoor games. Covid-19 safety protocols should be observed.

Good residential area between al Khalil road and sheikh Muhammed bin Zayed road corner

One of the most wonderful and friendliest park. Absolutely great for kids and adults.

Calm and quiet place . Tennis , basket ball courts available on prior booking basis .
