Appalling customer service received tonight. Lucky dip on whether the tyre machine at the Hertford Road entrance works properly, sometimes gives wild readings - as confirmed by another customer at the machine - and E - 1 error messages - and when this happens it takes forever to pump tyres properly. With the charge being £1 a time it is a worry whether you will have enough time to pump all the tyres up. When this has happened in the past the guy there acknowledged there was an issue and gave me back the £1 to go and use their 2nd machine at the Bounces Road end so they were never actually out of pocket. Tonight he refused to do so, and whilst arguing with him the machine had finished its cycle and I left the station with only one tyre checked. I am a long standing customer of 28+ years and very disappointed.

Just went in to top up air on tyres, had difficulty operating the machine. Went in store to ask for help, guy at the till was very helpful and pressed the buzzer to call for assistance. Another staff arrived, rolling his eyes and kissing his teeth, questioned how long I was driving the car and that I should know how to operate the machine!! Very unprofessional! Lost a customer that literally lives around the corner from the station. Such a shame for a newly refurbished store!!!

One of the worst petrol stations and customer service I have experienced in 30 years. My car went in for Inside & Out wash & valeting and came out missing 1/4 mats and my radio aerial. When I quested where they were with the owner, he denied removing the Ariel and insisted I only had 3 mats. Either David Blaine came and did a disappearing act or the UFO’s came and took them away. No apologies no nothing just blamed me! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING

Not a bad price for a non-mainstream garage ... I never like the jet garage on Church Street BUT this jet garage is Much better and in terms of customer service and trustworthiness And as a good vibe about .. not had a negative experience there yet and been going their for 20 years

Fuel prices are relatively high. Especially for the E5 Super unleaded! Convenient location. Tyre pumps usually in good working order but take care when using them as vehicles pass very close to you!

The floor plan of the forecourt is unusual and can hold up the flow of traffic. The store is small but clean and well stocked. The staff are really friendly and helpful and make you feel welcomed.

I know there is a petrol problem but this place is amazing. Got to the pump only 25 pounds max. Didn't know as there was no signs visible. Not even a proper receipt. Do not trust this place.

Just pay for petrol and go, very small shop inside, not much on offer other than petrol, I didn't even notice what else was on offer to buy, but at least it had petrol

Came here to the Carwash. Staff/Carwash Machine gave the car a good wash and polished it well afterwards. Happy with service …

Most confusing petrol forecourt ever and getting in and out of the place because of the crossroads it's on is a nightmare too!

Petrol station is okay. Haven't really used it before or maybe once or twice. So cannot really comment to be honest.

Somehow I don't feel safe here. Make sure everything is locked when going to pay at the counter. Get a receipt.

The website says they have toilet & the staff at the car wash confirmed it but inside she refused upon asking

Petrol station. ....... what else is there to say? Slightly cheaper than Esso Tesco and Sainsburys stations

The diesel pumps are arkward to get to , the whole forecourt is very tight avoid if you have a big car
