Purchased Hero cycle for my son. Liked the explanation provides by the team and so went for it. However the cycle ended up with problems as back wheel ended up being flat several times. Took it back to them and got it rectified. Problem reoccurred within few hours. Took it back again and this time the wheel was changed. And now they haven't adjusted the brakes well so it keeps hitting on the wheel making a creaking sound. I can't take the pain of travelling back to the store everytime. I would expect them to check all aspects before delivering. I suggest people to check quality of cycle before accepting delivery.

If you want to buy Firefox bicycles or accessories, Probikes is the official distributor. They also distribute some Trek cycles. Have bought the odd accessory or two from them. Overall, below average experience. Not very knowledgeable and they sell cycles like commodities. They neither know nor offer advice on important aspects like bike-fitting or what type of cycle to buy. If you're thinking of Firefox, you're better off going to decathlon and buying Btwin. If you're looking for other high end cycles, BOTS or other new bike stores are great places to buy.

Amazing store with variety of options. I visited a number of cycle stores across HSR, Jayanagar, Ejipura etc.. and finally dropped by Jayant firefox cycle station and found exactly the kind of cycle I was looking for. You have options to choose from and the price is very reasonable. you also have ample space to ride and try the bicycle. The staff is really cool and helpful as well. A must try if you are looking for bicycles.

Never go to this shop, they are a bunch of arrogant people who have no respect for customers and their requests. I bought a cycle and it developed problems in a week, when I took it for repairs, they did not even want to take a look and were asking me to leave the shop. They even sold a very old product where they have taped the stickers of the cycle with a sellotape.

A place with a good cycle collection and with a good customer service. Me and my friend wanted to gift ourself a good cycle, after searching multiple cycle stores and surfing online, we did not find the right cycle for us. We then visited this store and the owner was very friendly and helped us with all our queries. We finally bought these cycle.

This shop is focused on just selling.. I had gone to with my bicycle with some issue and the person there is careless and tells me this is common and he is not ready to touch and check what is the issue and was latargic.
