Glad this is here. Can't beat free parking. We always park here when catching the blue line to uptown Charlotte. It beats catching a lyft or uber. Especially when its things going on uptown like the St. Patrick's Day bar crawl when uber and lyft increase their prices. A ride that is normally $15 will be $125 when an event is going on.

I love how at one end of the station, you have foods, shoppimg, entertainment, the lake, etc...and at the opposite end , there is a different variety of food, shopping, etc...no entertainment but still. Also, across the street is the connector for Concord transportation services.

Ive been taking the light rail more recently and this is (so far) a safe, convenient place to park. Even on busy days finding a spot has been relatively simple, and it's been nice to have the shopping and food nearby when we return from uptown.

The securiry was very helpful and i enjoyed the ease of getting on the train. It kinda thru me back because there arent any turnstiles and being from up north, I was used to having to swipe my ticket, apparently they use the honor aystem in

Buses are hidden away in the shady area behind the parking deck. Not very easy to find, and too far from the train. Very easy to get lost if it's your first time, and still very easy to miss the bus/train due to the horrible design

The light rail system in Charlotte is simple and easy to use. Platforms are well maintained and feel safe. It's great to see so many bars and restaurants near the stations which hopefully eliminates drunk driving.

The station has tons of parking which is a plus - However the lifts are nearly always not working and there honestly should be toilets in all these stations. Such a massive structure and no toilets. Wth.

Park your car in the safe and secure parking deck and take a ride on the amazing lynx blue line. Then stroll on over to the amazing shops and restaurants.

I used this station to traverse downtown. The parking is spacious. You can get a spot almost Everytime. It's free of cost. Train travel is comfortable.

I like to take my trains to downtown from this station. Whoever lives next to Concord, this is a clean, neat station to leave your car for a commute.

Free parking at this station. Very clean and taken care of. Parking garage gets full after 9. Could use more wheelchair parking spots.

Kiosk said something was wrong and couldn't process my payment. I did not receive a ticket. However, the charge did go through.

Its 3 stars for the individuals that loiter here. I think if they have increased security presence this would be a better stop.

Saving time and money everyday... parking for free and taking the low cost light rail to and from downtown Charlotte.

Secure parking, covered walking paths. Requires a day ticket with parking to exit between like 3-6pm

Clean. Easy to understand fare card machine. Parking across the street from the light rail station.

It's good, well lit and feels safe. They should have atleast one restroom in the station premises.

The parking is free, and they never check to make sure you have a daily, weekly, or monthly pass.

Enjoyed my first "train ride"...learning how to make better connections...saving more time.!

My granddaughter and I went to the St. Patrick's Day Parade. We part at the JW CLAY station.

It would be really helpful if trains came at the posted times..... and were in service
