Initially we were quite disappointed with our experience at Intervet. We took our dog there for a full grooming service (we had been invited by a company to get our dog groomed there free of charge in exchange for some Instagram posts to promote their pet grooming booking business). When I collected our dog it was clear that he had not been groomed at all (hair was same length, toe nails weren’t clipped, he smelled the same etc). We left a review on Intervet’s Google review to highlight our disappointment. The following day Sarah from Intervet contacted us and I explained the situation and how disappointed we were. She very kindly offered a free follow up full grooming service at our convenience. We took him this weekend and we’re very happy with the results. He was like a new dog and it was clear that they paid extra attention to his grooming. Thank you Sarah for sorting this out for us. Staff and friendly and very professional and I would definitely recommend their services!

Had my cat spayed here. Did everything quite well. And she recovered quickly too. They took good care of her. The clothing put on my cat post surgery wasn't the best so would recommend maybe a cone. But otherwise everything was great.

Doctor Sergio is a professional and exper doctor. Staff are very nice and helpful. Admission and fees are not much pricey and it is very cheaper if you compare it with any other vet clinic. I will keep always dealing with them.
