I really enjoyed my time at this spa. I spent 4 hours here getting a body scrub, body mask, and a deep cleansing facial. They are clean, professional, super friendly, decent english, etc. The interior of the establishment looked very professional and high end. They also take credit card. My only regret was going only once. My friend had a massage here and she said it was the best massage she had so far in Asia. They have a website but the prices online are slightly different in person. If I ever visit Myanmar again, I'm definitely coming back!

The spa is very close to our hotel (Bagan King) and seems to be quite new. We went there to get a manicure and a foot massage. Both was good and is recommendable. The prices are very reasonable, the place is very clean and the ambience is very relaxing. The manager is very friendly and speaks good English. The therapists are very attentive but unfortunately do not speak too much English. What else? On arrival you get tea and biscuits :-). You stay in Mandalay and want a nice and relaxing massage? Go there.

One of the cleanest/high end massage spa I went to in Mandalay. I got the herbal hot compress massage and while it was enjoyable, at times the herbal ball was so freakin hot I though my skin would fall off later. So if at anytime you feel pain, let them know as easily as possible (I started flinching), especially with the language barrier. They also serve you tea but it was so hot I couldn’t drink it. Credit cards accepted but with 3% surcharge.

From service to decor, Innwa Health & Spa is a wonderful place. I have yet to receive unsatisfactory services from them. From start to finish. Always welcomed warmly with sincere smiles. The facility is very very clean which is always my first concern with Spas. The masseuses are well trained and the prices are reasonable. I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling through Mandalay and to all living here.

Nice clean spa offering massage at a reasonable rate. Contemporary design and professional staff. Probably one of the best spas in Mandalay. It is busy so advance reservation is recommended. It offers variations of thai and foot massages (no oil massage for men). The massage rooms constitute large halls with multiple mattress separated by curtains. Hence there is a lack of privacy.

The place is huge and luxurious but the price is surprisingly comparable to other places. It was very clean and has a cozy vibe. The masseurs were well-trained and had great techniques. Staffs were friendly and professional. Overall it was a great experience. It can be fully booked at times so remember to call in to make reservations.

Great experience ! My wife and I each had the body scrub with massage. We left fully relaxed and refreshed for more of Mandalay. This is a great day to start, finish, or both your visit to Mandalay. Amazing staff, great services. Appointment recommended as they we were busy, but didn't have an impact on quality of service.

This place was recommended by a friend we made at the airport. It's a new place, just a few months old and feels very clean and luxurious. On arrival you get tea and biscuits, then the treatments (we got foot massages and pedicures) were relaxing and very professional. We left in high spirits and I wholly recommend it.

Last year was peaceful and nice. Had a refreshing palm juice and quite. Staffs were very cute and all smile. This year was a little bit disappointed. They gave the guests some kind of ginger tea kinda cold and taste weird. Busy with chinese tourists and loud talks of these tourists and most staffs with no smile.

I got a massage here one evening and really enjoyed it. The menu is very limited for men at this spa, so don't expect many options (or anything other than the full body massage). That being said, the experience is really professional and the space is beautiful. Would go back regularly if I was in the area.

As I walked in I got impressed by the place, it's very luxury and I thought the massage was going to be amazing. Well, the massage itself was on average and the bed was very noisy and squeaky so I could not really relax and enjoy it. Given that is not a cheap place I was expecting a better standard.

Full facilities of a Spa. Decoration, scent, and they have skillful staff. Also welcome drink tea will make you fresh, I really like it. When you get tried, I recommend you to go there even if you take a small package like head and shoulder ( that'll only cost 8000Ks) you will feel relax.

Great massage! Certainly the best traditional massage I’ve had in Burma. Establishment looks legit (by Western standards)and you feel pampered in every respect. I tried the nails service which was ok - clean and they tried hard. Look no further.

Wasted my time and money to get there. They asked me if I had a reservation. I said,no do I need one? As some of the staff laughed in the background saying we are all booked up today. Then the lady I was talking to says we are all booked sorry.

Very professional and skillful workers. It's on the expensive side though but with the great service and accomodations, I believe it's worth a try. Also, try at least 1.5 hrs session instead of default 1 hr which is much better imo.

오~~ 시설 정말 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 화장실도 good. 시작 전 따뜻한 차, 그리고 발도 닦아주었고요. 마사지 공간에서도 에어컨도 빵빵하고, 마사지 강약 조절도 일품이였어요. 남3 바디 마사지 1시간(12000짯) 받았는데 1시간 추가 하고 싶을 정도였어요. 여1은 발 마사지 1시간(10000짯) 받으셨는데 그것도 최고였다고 하셨어요. 팁 1000짯이 아깝지 않음. 별 5개가 아니라 더 주고 싶으네요.

미얀마에서만 아니라, 다른 여러나라에서 받은 곳들 중에서도, 손에 꼽을 정도. 물론 맛사지사들 마다 차이가 있을 수 있겠지만, 이곳은 체계적으로 관리가 되고있다는 느낌. 90분 17,000짯. 팁으로 3,000짯을 드리며, 너무 감사해하는 맛사지사에게, 내가 더 감사함을 표현햇다. 적극 추천. 운영시간 ~밤 11시. 시내라면 그랩택시나 툭툭으로 가시면 될듯. 저는 그랩 툭툭 2km 2,000짯.

I had a one hour traditional massage here. It is easily the best massage I've had so far on my trip around Myanmar (compared to Bagan and Pyin Oo Lwin). I plan to go back tomorrow for the foot reflexology.
