I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service I received from a staff member named Megan (sorry if I spelt it wrong) she seen me browsing and stopped what she was doing to ask me if I needed any help. She not only delivered 10/10 customer service but exceeding my expectations when she went looking for samples of a product I was enquiring about and then even contacted the rep to see if they could get me some and provide me more information about it. She then took my name and number and actually DID call me the next day with all the details I was after. This kind of service is very hard to come by! You are a GEM and made my day! Such a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. I will note the pharmacist who took my script did not call my name when my script was ready and I was left trying to hold my groceries and control an infant in the pram but the receptionist asked if I was ok as she noticed I was waiting a while I store during this time and she went and seen my script was left to the side and gave it to me after a long wait, so Megan's service made up for that.

Been going for a few years now and wei the head pharmacist his one of a kind and his so helpful with everything and anything he would take the shirt off his back to help you thats how much this guy does for you and when Henry arrived his the same both guys are one of a kind and the both deserve alot of respect and fairness for the hard effort and working. Even Joan sharina addy and the other wai spelt different lol they are great team aswell all of them are like I said they will do anything and everything to help you out for what you need so people that give these guy trouble back off I told you guys off a few times while I've been in the store so if your reading this you know what you did is wrong to these good hard working people. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years and I am on a long list of medications. Ever since the new management and ownership changes I can tell you that the difference is like chalk and cheese. Previously, the owners or the pharmaceutical staff wouldn’t even look at you and rarely if ever did they say hello, absolutely terrible customer service or skills. Since Infinity group took over, the pharmacists are friendly and helpful and with a smile. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of other non prescription items are minimal compared to other pharmacies such as Chemist Warehouse. Keep up your great work Infinity (:

New management has really dropped the ball. I've vistied them again quite recently to ask a question. There was a middleaged lady at the counter who gave a rude and a very uninterested response. Telling me how they switched management and won't be able to help. Pretty much felt like she wanted me out of her hair to go back to whatever she was doing. Don't get me wrong. There are plenty of other staff who are kind and welcoming. But one bad experience is always going to stick more than the good ones.

I'm so upset with that pharmacy Il never go back again. I was really short of breath I told the person 3 Times I need my medication urgent they kept me waiting for 25 minutes. No apologies just rude staff from pharmacist to cashier person. Need to give priority to people who's has a condition I was so short of breath I felt I was about to pass out at any minute. Il NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

Thank you to the pharmacist and team that helped me today. They went out of their way to make sure I understood what all the medication my elderly relative was taking and we’re now getting them packed in Webster Packs for convenience and safety

Staff are rude and unhelpful. Act like having customers is an inconvenience to them. Would give 0 stars if possible. They all need training in customer service considering there are 2 pharmacies within the shopping centre

I had a good experience with the receiving 2 doses of the Moderna Spikevax vaccine from Flavia. Flavia quickly inputed the vaccination details to the Australian immunisation Register. Thanks Flavia

Very very rude staff They are never happy to help Like simple things ordering a particular product also is the hardest thing for the staff. Never ever recommend this pharmacy to anyone

Quite a judgemental response from one of the female staff members at Endeavour hills, just because the script was ripped off due to rain.

One of their staff member named Sasy is very helpful. I know some of the staff members are racist and moody but she is very helpful.

Great staff. Especially Cindi. Happy to fix any mistakes with my take-home meds and all round good service
