Had an really disgusting incident happened today this morning my wife is pregnant and she was having pain so I was in kind of hurry to reach hospital as my ride was dio and it have fuel opener in back side and I asked that person to open fuel cap and put the fuel at first also he was showing his attitude and at the last he refused to put back the oil cap, it's not that I was not able to open and put the cap back my self but as I said my wife was pregnant I didn't want her to have trouble to get down and come over again but that guy was so rude and he thought that I dont understand kannada language so he was using faul language saying (Nakan, bodi maklu) I really wanted to complain to the manager but the situation was I have to reach the hospital first. As I am the regular customer of this petrol bunk coz it's near by from my house and I have faced several times these kind of things from this bunk but I had ignored it every time but today the thing was different. I request the manager of this petrol bunk to plz look into your staff mainly the local boys these guys are in there own attitudes and doesn't respect the customers, mainly the non kannadigas customers.

I had been going to this petrol pump for quite some time, but off late finding very rude staffs, today afternoon, there was no attendant once I reached, a young lady came after sometime, I asked for a full tank, there was some network glitches while making online payment, she stared shouting at me (even after filling petrol for 2900/-), seriously? 2 weeks back it was a young boy who showed the exact same behavior as payment was taking some time due to bad network. I will probably not visit this place again. Very bad service.

The petrol quality at this pump is good, but the staff are not very customer-friendly.Additionally, the Air filling guys are asking money for air-checking and rude behaviour (especially those small boys), even though air filling is free at all petrol pumps . Petrol Pump Owner must take action on the Air Filling Guys. Otherwise you will lose lots of customers

I was a regular customer to hi tech indian oil petrol pump for last 15 years today the staff literally obused me for waiting for pollution control will indian oil give license to such unruly behavior of staff. One of the best petrol bunks I have been. It is not a good looking place. You need not to worry about the petrol quality and quantity you fill here. There are no cheats. The owner is always around and supervising. There is separate counter for ladies. Cards and UPI payments are accepted

Worst staff and service. People filling petrol are busy using their phone next to the open fuel tank. Air filling is very disorganised and the guys are extremely rude. Staff need to learn service mindset from other outlets and not act as if they are providing free fuel.

I filled air from this petrol pump, for which the kids are asking money, which should be actually free. Secondly the person who filled my tire pressure has broken the tube’s nozzle, i had to spend 550 rs extra to fix that in tyre shop. Stop … ज़्यादा

The petrol pump offers pollution check as well but whenever i visit for pollution check it takes a lot of time, staff is very slow and says most of the time server is bad come 1 hour later. Did not face such issues at other pollution check center

Crowded always and you may have to wait for a decent 5 - 10 minutes to fill the tank. They have emission testing and Air check facility. Most of the time regular petrol machine is either kept off or not working but the premium petrol works.

A very calm place for a Fuel station. You can get your Car/bike refuelled in peace as the bunk is in a residential location with no chaos like in a main road or business district. Bunk is also neat and clean and not shanty.

Fuel quality is good. But in general, staff is lethargic. Sometimes they make you to move from one pump to another. All types of payment options are available ie. Card, UPI, and cash

Spacious fuel station located in Sector 2 HSR Layout. They have Xp95 fuel as well and available most of the time. Good staff.
