TIA THIS ALL YOUR DOING.....WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A ZERO I booked my daughter appointment to get her hair done for prom two months out before the appointment. I was very clear on the style she wanted. I was booked with Tia. She set her appointment so the day of we got there 30mins early. Once we got in she told us to have a sit she would be with us shortly. Keep in my our appointment was for 6pm. I know you could get a little behind,but she had 12 ppl in there for the same appointment time. I was so upset...like why she didn't get to her head until almost 12midnight. SHE DID NOT EVEN STYLE HER WIG...SHE JUST PUT IT ON SMH.... She didn't apologize or nothing. WHY BOOK SOMEONE AND MAKE THEM WAIT SO LONG IN THAT DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOOD..WE CAME ALL THE WAY FROM INDIANA.....She was very unprofessional and I sent her a message the next morning and she never even responded to apologize. My daughter said her head was hurting so prom night we removed the wig and it was a very bad rashes and bruising all around her head. NEVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE GO SEE HER.

I called to make my appointment. The stylist I spoke to gave me my appointment. When I arrived, I asked for her and was told to sit and wait. The wait was not long at all, but when I got in the chair apparently the stylist across from us had a problem with me being in the seat so quick. She kept on and on complaining about it until my stylist told her I had an appointment. Still then she disrespectfully disputed it. Right in front of me, so unprofessional. Also when I called and made the appointment I told Nicole what I wanted and confirmed the price. When she was all done with my hair I asked her how much and she charged me $25 more than what she originally said. Parking is horrible, either park on the street and pay or in their lot n the back and have to keep running out moving your car for someone to get out cause the lot is so tiny. I will never go to this salon again. P.S. She did my sew in crazy loose!

I would give it no stars if I could I went to get my quick weave bang cut because I’m not a stylist I didn’t want to mess up my bang one of the lady that is a stylist in the shop asked me if it’s synthetic I told her it’s a human hair blend she said I should keep it as it is it’s not going to curl ( she just didn’t want to do it) so I explain to her that you can curl a human hair blend she still refused to do it. So I left and went to another shop it’s really sad that u don’t want to take a client because they don’t have human hair child u don’t work in Beverly hill u work on 79 cottage get real. This is why I only let Melvin do my hair he works at the shop but he is away. Next time I will stick with who I know cuz others are really unprofessional.

This shop is terrible and unprofessional they gave me the wrong hair style and didn’t want to it over my hair was not slik down it was wavy and Crunchy the are all over the place and messy to many people and it COVID 19 and not Wearing mask

Store owner is cliqued with the thugs outside and asked them to throw rocks at a Black Trans Woman to get her to move from the window while stoppong under the shadow to get shade. Like anyone else. Discriminatory and prejudice staff.

I have been going to my stylist Yolanda for 20 years, not once have I ever been disappointed. She knows exactly what I like and what to do since I suffer from thin omg. Love her and all the staff!!!! Only place I will ever go!!!!

My stylist is Yolanda, she's been doing my hair for years. She's the BOMB! She always hook my hair up, I get so many compliments from the women on my job. This will always be my go to salon, for all my hair care.

4 hour wait. Yes I had an appointment! Employees talk too much wasting time when they should be working. They also rush their service. No tip from me!
