I would want to give 5 stars but I hope the management will improve on this small matter and it would be perfect. We asked for a wine opener and 2 wine glasses but the staff said that they serve halal food therefore no wine opener is available. I think this is something the hotel should improve on. Another thing is the parking. The parking is not very convenient especially for elderly and guests with heavy luggage. Overall, the hotel is great. The design is very good, with good lighting and quality bedding. Clean environment. Buffet breakfast is also included and they have wide variety of choices.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. The hotel provided room slippers and sanitary bags which most hotels don’t provide.

1. Parking teruk, parking di basement p4-p6, takde lift, ada buggy pun ikut nasib kena angkut beg sendiri naik tangga. 2. Check in lembab walaupun dah ada reservation siap bayar booking untuk event tapi bilik tak ada. Dah dapat masuk bilik, ada staff dtg nak ambil mini bar pula. 3. Staff tak de common sense, dah tahu lift sempit dengan stroller baby and beg besar dah penuh tapi masih nak menyelit nak hantar air ke bilik guest. 4. Nak checkout tunggu lift hampir setengah jam dengan kawasan tunggu lift tiada aircond, lift lembab walau dah penuh masih nak berhenti setiap floor, tiada orang monitor atau kawal lift ke? 5. Jika nak anjurkan majlis, tak perlu checkin or bermalam di hotel, servis teruk, management teruk takde sistem, memang takkan datang dah or menginap di hotel. 6. WORST IDEAS EVER!!!!!

Love the room , because the super single bed is actually very large and spacious. The breakfast is great . We always travel and always stay in hotel so we usually ask to extend the check out time a bit around 1:30pm because we want to perform our Zuhur prayer , as for now , all the hotels that we went to no matter 4 or 5 star hotel , they would gladly let us to , but this is the first hotel that didn't let us to . Overall is okay , but that is the only problem .

Location wise, easy access. The guard at basement parking guide us well on where to park and how to get to the lobby. Prepare to take the stairs with your luggage which is quite fine for me. There’s one lady at receptionist that is extremely bad. She best suits as prison warden. No warm welcome and very bad hospitality. She’s intimidating. Walking distance to SOGO. The food was basic. Quite pricey for RM40/head buffet breakfast. Due to the bad customer service, not recommended.

Located at the central of KL. Been here to attend an event for my daughter at the nearby place, with a good price and considering this is just a walking distance. Room was ok, foods served during breakfast quite nice and varieties. Basement Car park available, somehow no lift access so whoever carrying large luggage might want to consider dropping them in the lobby first before heading to the parking.

Room : Signature Suite Duration : 2nights Was a pleasant stay. Location was good and room was excellent. However, lack of elevators as only 2 passenger lifts services entire hotel with another smaller capacity lift. Families and tour groups are plenty.

Hotel its good but if you come early and try to check in a bit early also, they don't allow until the time is @2.30. I came a bit early @2.15 n try to check in early n I willing to pay but was surprised they wanted to charge rm120 for 45 min. I was so shocked.

The hotel is been renovated. Room lighting is good tho, but the air con abit not function well at all, sometimes in night not very cold. Parking not free at the hotel, is holding for 3rd party, each entry will charge RM4.40, need to be validate on the hotel front counter. For hotel parking is basement P3 and P5. Lagi

Came here for their buffet dim sum (pork free) which was great and price was rm68 +. Food is definitely has some degree if good quality and service was fantastic. Will come back again! Chinese restaurant Mei Shi.

It was worth the price. We took a twin bed room and it was spacious enough. The Aircon wasn't great, it took forever to cool down the room. The bistro bar below was a couple of floors underneath our room and still we're able to hear the loud music playing. Lagi
