I am an account holder of icici since ten years. When i visited the brach for DD , they blankly refused citing the reason that either I should have account in their branch or cheque. He din't seem like in mood to do. He told that this will be an audit issue. I wonder why it would be an audit issue if I have account and id proof. DD form specifically have those options. Also amount was miniscule i.e. 6700 At entrance even guard was refusing to admit me Citing vague reasons. Brach was having almoat no customers. However, when I visited two other branches on same day no such thing was asked. I confirmed from them and it was done. This is how certain employees of icici bring bad name to an otherwise awesome bank. I had the worst experience with the guy in this branch. At the same time had a great experience at icici Alambagh and icici rajajipuram.

There is no bank here. Even think like google maps are useless in this stupid country.

All time bad service, all staf behaviour is very bad,
