Update: I filed a complain with a fin-net memeber. I will also contact bafin and bankenombudsmann. I advice others to do the same. Its free and when they hear your complains, they will realise how these gangs operate their business. Even though they stole 5 euros from me, the IC cash services as thieves should be held responsible and see the consequences. I am going to take them to court too. Contact me if you want to be a part of the class action. They charged 4.99 euros extra without any confirmation or any type of notice. I cashed a 50 euros local currency and found out later in my transaction history, that they have charged 54.99 euros. No exchanged happened and no notice whatsoever, not on the atm nor on the screen. They don't even ask if you need a receipt. Just read other reviews, you will find that they rip off other people too. This is not a one time incident. Their hotline number (found on atm and on their website) hangs up whenever you call so no way to contact them.

Er werd €5,49 in rekening gebracht op een opname van €50 met een Nederlandse bankpas. Geen melding van kosten, niet op de automaat zelf, niet op het scherm. Geen bon. Gevalletje oplichting dus.

They charged me a 6 euro fee. I am using a Dutch debit card which is basically the same as any other German card. Absolute scam.
