They need lots of improvement. Maybe it is a new restaurant, it does not make ready for lots of things. 1， Food portion is not enough, No.7 is ok, Do not order No. 15, it more less, you asked, their reply it is the standard portion. 2. Poor quality Plastic water cup, I can feel the plastic taste, and have a question to myself: can these cup be put into to the dishwasher to sterilize by high temperature? 3, the service is fine, but the waitress alway left the table unclean, I saw they do not clean the table and begin to treat new clients. 4. bean sprouts is not Fresh, half portion lemon as their saying “Standard “. they replaces oyster oil to hoisin sauce, maybe they think it is the same taste, but actually, it is Not. 5.They add Uber eat or other apps, it keep them so busy and no time to take care of the clients who come to eat in restaurant, maybe it is better to order on line. 6. Price is good, compared with others, it is the standard price. All in all, they need do more work to make it better. I will come after 6 months, hope they are good at time. (2021-08-30 )

I often order Take-out from here. Food is always ready fast with no delays. The broth is absolutely delicious and satisfying. The rare beef is always nicely packaged and of great quality. Add to that the best authentique spring rolls in the West Island and you can understand why this place sits on top of my frequent spots. All is well priced and it feels so much healthier to order from here than other places.

I am not a fan of vegetarian food in general and ordered via Uber Eats the vegetarian pho by accident. This being said, i was very pleasantly surprised and happy that i ordered this by accident. The broth was clean and tasty and the vegetables were well selected and cut in a fashion to make them more enjoyable.

The soup my girlfriend ordered was not hot. Alex the Waiter decided to mop the floors 8:20 pm while there were still customers in the restaurant instead of waiting till closing time as we were leaving the restaurant my girlfriend slipped and fell with her face and knees to the ground their excuse was they were closing soon. There were no signs warning people that the floor was wet. A restaurant should be mopped after the customers have left or after closing for safety reasons. They put customers in danger all because their in a hurry to close. That's Not right. Not even an apology.

Excellent soup in a very clean environment. We ordered the rare beef pho at lunch this Wednesday and we were treated to a delicious meal. The broth is full and tasty, the beef was tender with a good amount, and the rice noodles were spot on. As a side note, the spoons hold more than the usual among other pho restaurants and it actually made the experience better. Koodos to Jun who served us and was eager to please. We will definitely return and recommend this hidden place to anyone. A surprise when we paid.....it was 2 for 1 opening special which will last until this weekend. A must try.

Good quality pho at an affordable price! Compared to other Vietnamese restaurants around the west island, I can definitely say this is your best bang for the buck choice. They have a great variety of delicious meals, sides and drinks. As well, the portions are certainly generous for most. I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next Pho craving!

Only one way to describe this place absolutely amazing. Extremely high quality food for the best price you will ever find in West Island. The first time I've tried it it was the best tasting soup, chicken and rice I've ever had in my life. This place is a go to especially if you do a lot of uber eats and if you need protein the soup will have you covered with around 300g of chicken breast.

Really disappointed about the food and service. There was only one waitress at Saturday noon. She was busy with everything, so should not expect any good service, we had also ordered two bubble teas but never received them. The pork chop tasted bland and hard as rock. The three-color was bland too, filled with ice and barely any green or red. We had asked the waitress to add more sugar, she told us that they don’t put any sugar in the three-color, just the sweetness from coconut milk. Will not go back.

Food and service was excellent. The only big inconvenience was the buzzer going off every couple of minutes. It was very annoying. They should have someone with a Bluetooth receiver that rings instead of making for an irritating atmosphere. It's a shàme because everything else was very enjoyable.

Ordered a nice and very tasty Chicken Tonkinoise soup. During Ice Storm Apr 2023 it saved us. We were so cold and ordered these soups. Not only were they nice and hot they were so tasty. Fresh you could taste the hint of ginger. We ordered 2x during this time Will do it again.. Both times were incredible. True comfort in the cold. Thank you.

Always loved the food at the restaurant. Arrived on a Friday evening at 6:45, guy didn't come to our table to take our orders for more than 20 minutes. Service is the only way forward in today's age. No shame to put a minimum of 15%, 18% or 20% when it comes to tips but no need to offer service.

Been a fan of pho for over 20 years, this place is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend. Soups had alot of taste, really great. My family ordered 3 different kinds of soups (spicy one with beef and pork, raw beef tonkanese, and chicken and veg soup), all excellent. Spring rolls a little pricy compared to other places, but soup is standard price. Will definately be going back!!

The pho broth is pretty good though the portions are a bit smaller compared to the other the pho places in the area. The amount of beef is good/standard. They only have small or large size for the Pho, no option for extra large. They have a special going on where the Pho is 50% off until 15 sept 2021. The place was clean and service was fast. We got our food very quickly.

Great food for very reasonable prices, it's not very busy because it's hidden in a corner but definitly worth it. Can't go wrong with a chicken vermicelli or Pho soup.

Meat in Pho is good quality and bubble tea is great for adult as less sweeter than other places yet kids would prefer more sweetness so if we can adjust sweet level will work better. Quiet place you can enjoy family meal.

I always go to the same Pho place in the west island but it happened to be closed that day so we went here and it was delicious!!! I had the beef bowl with vermicelle noodles and tasted the broth of my friends soup as well and both were delicious. Worth the price for sure!

Went on a Tuesday night and it was quite busy. The pho soup was very good and the portion was generous (took a large). Service was a bit slow but the soup came boiling hot so the wait was worth it. Overall very satisfied and will be coming back :)

Their pho soup is good!! But what got me to write this review is the bubble tea! I always crave bubble and never know where to go in west island because most places are dtown or fairview mall, but their bubble tea was actually soooo good, I've been going 3 days in a row now and best believe I'll try all the flavors!!

The food tastes very authentic, the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is very clean. They are on top of things, making sure they run smoothly. A good place to try pho.

It's nice to have one of my favourite Pho spots in the west island! The customer service could have been better, and the noodles absorbed all the broth so it was very soggy! This was a take out so I hope when I get to dine-in I won't have the same experience.

Delicious Vietnamese cuisine and enormous pho soups! Their meats are to die for, especially the beef satay and grilled chicken. Staff were friendly and helpful and the environment was quite relaxed. Nice art and decor also make for a lovey experience.

One of the best pho spots in the west island. I really appreciate how much tendons and tripes they add to their soups, which I find not many places offer in this area, I'm pleased with what I got and would definitely come back for different dishes!
