We enjoyed the experience and the atmosphere and the way the staff treated was sweet. We ordered Veg Manchurian which was a little sweeter. Next, we ordered kadai paneer and Butter Naan which we thoroughly enjoyed. And then we ordered Paneer biryani and chicken biryani where we enjoyed having both but our hyderabadi taste buds were not satisfied. We really liked Mango lassi. And last but not least the taste of the sweet pan is not up to the mark.

I placed an order for pickup, and the front desk receptionist (uncle) told me the total and asked me to bring cash. I informed him that I only had a card, but he said that was fine. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, receptionist took my card but did not insert it into the machine properly. He kept saying that the transaction was declined and I was clearly able to see he was not inserting it properly, but I think he was hoping that I would give him cash. I asked him to let me try, and he gave me the card back. I inserted it properly and the transaction went through. I would advise other customers to be careful with this. Other than that, the food and everything else was fine.

The food was good but due to other factors the overall rating had to be low. Food: 4 stars. I mainly went there to eat Haleem as I was craving Hyderabadi Haleem taste and I was not disappointed. It may not be the best, but outside of India it was one of the nicest. We ordered a Biryani too and it was good. Price: 2.5 star. This was the main fault with the place. The Haleem in my mind was worth £6 or at most £7, but they charged 10. The Biryani too the same. Portion: 2.5 star. For Haleem it was still decent, but Biryani was sad, not even proper 1 portion as per Biryani standards for the price of £10. The ambience was fine and so was the service. However top 3 variables were the key rating factors. I will recommend there to go atleat once but decide what you want to eat (preferably authentic Andhra cuisine, Haleem or Biryani) else you may feel it's a rip off.

I ordered a takeaway from here as a special treat for my Bank Holiday weekend in a quarantine hotel. Spent all week looking at the menu, comparing restaurants, dreaming about eating something that was not a packaged sandwich or a mars bar. For all the other people holed up at the Best Western Heathrow, I highly recommend ordering from Hyderabad Tastes! It did not disappoint: my chicken tikka starter portion was juicy & flavoursome and big enough to be a substantial side dish to my muttar paneer + the roti bread was a soft blanket of joy. I will forever treasure the memory of my G4S security guard knocking on my door to bring me a feast that allowed me to mentally escape for a few short minutes as I wolfed the whole thing down. Minus a star for needing about 5 glasses of water immediately afterwards, but that was probably my fault for being a greedy pig.

Authentic Indian food is made here and is served with very friendly staff The food has always been close to the taste of same food in India Chicken 65 is standout; and Special chicken biryani (fried chicken one ) is delicious This place also serves amazing dosa's especially their chutneys are amazing. The Mutton pepper is stand out, in the Veg side of things they have Gobi Manchurian and Paneer Tikka and Tadka dal are delicious. Cut Mirchi Pakodas (are a must have) and my Caucasian friend is a big fan of Cheese Naan (which is a must try) the Drinks are also a reflection of India (there is Thums-UP) and Mango Lassi which is perfect to down with the Spicy plate thats served (the new location and Ambiance only adds to their taste) they can reduce the cost a bit (thats the only let down)

We suddenly had a crave for chicken 65 dish. We saw an excellent offer in the UberEats for chicken 65 & chilli chicken - buy one get one offer for pick up at this restaurant. We immediately ordered both along with some naan. Delivery was ready for pick up quickly. Though its at high street, but people parked on bus lane may be at night time. That’s why was easy to park my car, otherwise finding a car park doesn’t look easy. Chicken 65 was very tasty, certainly recommended but tandoori roti, butter naan was hard and chilli chicken taste was also just okay.

Family friendly restaurant with great choice of food. Has good vegetarian options along with meat. We got mix grill, aloo and chicken 65 starters. The best was the Aloo so delicious. We went with chicken 65 since it was recommended on the review and it wasn’t so great as mentioned. Mix grill was okay with good portion sizes and value of money. We had prawn and dum chicken biryani along with kerala fish curry and naan breads. The curry was delicious had its own flavour and taste to it. Chicken Briyani was okay but the best was the Prawn Briyani. Service was good by the staff but we had to keep asking them for things like glass and water. The toilets aren’t so clean wouldn’t recommend going there.

We ordered Hyderabad lamb and chicken biriyani it’s quite disappointing… the rice is so oily and I am dam sure they haven’t added any spices to the biriyani (either cloves / maze / cardamom etc ) the rice is with chilly powder and oil and color and salt and garnished with 3rd grade quality cashew nuts the waiting time was 40min … we wasted 40pounds altogether excluding parking charges and they didn’t accept card only cash just to avoid taxes … please don’t waste your time and money by going to such restaurants….we ordered spicy chicken curry … look in the picture you can see red chilles in the curry … curry is sweet in taste…. Very very disappointed ☹️ no restaurant in Hyderabad will do this adding extra color and adding red chillies .…

Dropped into this restaurant unplanned on my son's birthday. Asked if they can bring a small cake for his birthday n they said no. But towards the end they brought a lolly pop candy and wished him happy birthday. Ordered, gongura mutton, paneer masala, Channa Masala, prawn briyani, garlic naan, white rice, tandoori roti n drinks. Their mutton gongura was mouth watering and went well with white rice. Prawn briyani and paneer was yumm. Chana masala was ok and their garlic naan was so fresh. Overall, this restaurant stand for their uniqueness with their dishes out of all other Hyderabad restaurant in Hounslow area who claim them to serve authentic Hyderabadi cusin. Definitely experienced best Hyderabad food staying in London.

  • CGe0

Went there with a lot of expectations. The food or the drinks did not meet my expectations. To be honest I didn't like the food. The biryani masala was having a lot more taste of mace spice and it tend to stand before other spoces. The gravy and raithha was a waste and the chicken was too much salty. The presentation was good and the restaurant was neat. But one would expect more for the price we pay. The service was good and the staff was polite. But they have turned the hand dryer off and does not provide any napkins to dry our hands.

A really great place providing the Hyderabadi cuisines. While we were exploring all the options across the Hounslow high street for all the food options, this is a place which stood out. We definitely loved the Fish Amritsari and the Dum Biryani. The food was good, well presented and tasted really good with the raita and mirchi ka salan. How can I forget the Thums up which gave the feel of back home in India. Located next to the hounslow east station and the bus station, can be easily found on the high street. Overall, a decent place to try some authentic Hyderabadi cuisine.

STAY MILE AWAY IF YOU ARE A TRUE FOOD LOVER. We had an awful experience. A place with Hyderabad's name on it can't even deliver biryani authentically ??? Service was such sub standard over 4 dishes took over 55 mins to get on the table in bits. Over priced for such pathetic standards. I mean who on earth servers Biryani Portion in a small bowl that each time you try and serve it goes everywhere. And on top of things my stomach has been playing since i ate their food last night. Don't normally leave negative reviews but this place is a total let down..

Went here for dinner after dropping off a friend at Heathrow. The ambiance gives you a feeling of actually being in a typical restaurant in India! The Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Paneer, the Butter Naan, Paneer Biriyani and Mango Lassi we ordered were excellent. I took two of my European friends with me and they loved it too. The taste was authentic Indian. The Sweet Paan was a nice way to end dinner. Would definitely recommend this place!

If you want to authentic Hyderabadi dum Biryani This is a paradise I have tried at so many places where they use the word Hyderabadi and Biryani is so bad, no mirchi ka salan. This is one place which does the best, have been a regular even if it takes me 1hour to get to hounslow. Other favourites - Gongura mutton, chicken lollipop Thank you team! Keep up the biryani flavours

They serve great food here. We fell in love with the Chicken 65- the best I have ever had! The waiters recommended this as the top dish and it surely didn’t let us down. It was spicy, juicy and tasty. Flavours exploded in your mouth. It was beautiful!!! We got Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and this lamb curry. The Dum Biryani Was nice and spicy too. Lamb curry had cashews and good flavour. Everything tasted like homemade authentic food. It did take a long time to come but that’s because they make it all fresh. Deffo recommend this place to everyone!

  • kriz raj

When u can make delicious biriyaani , why the hell you use orange food colour??? Either u use saffaron or use nothing.. it’s disgusting to see a good biriyani with food colour. Moreover you are not mentioning this in your menu/ details. I will keep posting this until u change. Chef must be such an idiot to spoil name of a good biriyani brand. I have no issues with taste, But please please please dont use artificial stufss that could harm people. Added photo for proof. Change urself hyd tastes and do not spoil authentic hyderabad name!

  • Cheralathan Ilangovan

Went out for hyderbadi briyani yes Offcourse run by people from hyderabad but the briyani taste was average but preparation n presentation was good. In terms of taste this is an average briyani I am sure there are better hyderabadi briyani around hounslow and lastly never been told its a cash only system so make sure to take cash if you go out for dining or you may need to walk out in hunt of a cash machine even if it rains like me. My experience was not pleasant with the cash only system for an average taste briyani.

  • Snehal Deokate

We recently had been here and quite amazed with the authentic taste of Hyderabad biryani. It was not at all like so called Biryanis we get in around restaurants in UK. Perfect rice texture with expected spice level. We also enjoyed chicken tandoori which gave same taste of Indian tandoori. In dessert carrot halwa with ice cream made the meal complete. To add on, very friendly and prompt service and clean atmosphere. Added this to our favourite restaurant lists!!! We recommend it if you love chicken biryani

We have recently enjoyed several excellent takeaways from here. The food is exceptionally good. Very flavoursome dishes and a cut above what we have tried elsewhere. I can highly recommend the Lamb Masala, it is so deeply flavourful. The Brinjal Masala is soft and smokey, and Bendi Coconut is one of the best ways I have ever enjoyed Okra.

A group of us went with diverse tastes, two of whom are Indian connoisseurs, one who likes a korma and another who doesn't like too much chilli. Service was attentive and friendly. The standouts were lamb karai, Gongura chicken and the jeera rice. The korma was actually really nice and not as creamy, sweet and bland as they sometimes are in other places. We should have ordered a biriany as they looked nice too. Very good value too.

One of the best Hyderabadi restaurants in London. Must try items: Hyderabadi Dum biriyani (Lamb/ Chicken), Hyderabadi Haleem.. The family pack of Dum biriyanis come with good quantity of raita, gravy, eggs and a complementary Chicken 65, all in amazing quantities. Very close to the authentic Hyderabadi taste. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ value for money My verdict: Must visit for authentic Hyderabadi feels
