"This is the closest location to me but everytime I come here they have an excuse on not been able to help me and its crazy because this location and the one oh 47 and Rockwell are the closest to me but I have to drive to either Lil village or ashland and 47 for me to get my things done"

Great Service! I have multiple business accounts with Huntington and Paulina, the manager, is always finding ways to help systemize and automate my transactions. I get things done much faster, securely and efficiently! Her availability is unmatched when needed.
I can't believe they don't have anyone in their lobby. I waited in line behind 5 customers only to find out I need an appointment to open a bank account. Really? I know Chase banks have people in their lobbies to assist and answer
People be careful. Very bad experience. Full of ineptitude and bad customer service. Thinking to change bank
