I would give them no stars if I was able. Rude & arrogant Pharmacist, poor customer service and the entire shop looks like a cheap discount store - not at all like you except from a pharmacy. I advise not shopping there even if you’re looking for cheaper medication.

This is my local chemist and it is great but there is one woman who is just plain rude on the phone and in person. She needs to get the boot. I will be going somewhere else from now on. I won't be made to feel like an idiot for asking a question

All round a fairly ok chemist. Depending upon what chemist is working wait times are insanely needlessly LONG!! Been in there for my daily dose(Yes they do the methadone /Suboxone program there!) And VERY nice good people who don't judge

Had a bad experience few times bought a defected steamer. Never get replaced they asked me to deal with manufacturer. Once asked to make statuary declaration “straight no”. Very poor behaviour staff..

Their stock range is terrible. Asked for two scripts that wasn’t a no name brand and couldn’t fulfil either. Made me wait 15 minutes just to tell me they don’t have it in stock.

They are advertising “your cheaper chemist” but in actual they are overpriced when compared to others. Staff are helpful and nice but male pharmacist is pretty rude.

Michael and the team are fantastic, I used to go to the Chemist warehouse but the Discount drug store matches the opposition. Service second to none.
