Customer service was horrible the tap was not working at the pump so I tried sliding my card in and entering my PIN and it suspended my card I went in to talk to them what was going on and they asked me what pump I was on and I said it's right out there and I pointed to it and she didn't even know what pumped number it was so they have no idea what's going on with their pumps couldn't even tell me what pump number I was on and blamed my card for not working and I tried another credit card and it didn't work either so I had to go to two different banks and get my card reauthorized and I went back and forth into the customer service where the cash register was 5 times and no apology although they couldn't speak English very well they still know The Color of Money please Brian Hughes can you start educating your new arrivals please at these gas stations that you won't they are making you look really bad

The only reason I gave a star is because the attendant was very welcoming and friendly. I was shocked at how little time there was available per token. I had 9 tokens left from a wash before Christmas, so I did use them up. After using 4 to vacuum just the foot wells in my little car, I sped through with a token for pre soak, and did not get around the whole car, despite moving the wand out of th holster in advance, and moving very quickly. 2 more tokens for the foam brush- again not getting around the whole vehicle, and not even touching the wheels. By then I was certain not to be ever coming back to this place, and wanted to at least properly rinse the car with the last 2 tokens. I didn’t quite make it- 10$ for barely a lick and a promise. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Reviewing the car wash. Its open late, that's the good. The bad: lowest pressure car wash I have ever been to. Shockingly low pressure. Only 3 other cars while I was there so that wasn't the reason. Water is very cold, then to top it off your money gives you she shortest amount of time of any car wash I have been to. It was pretty muddy when I got there, but I am not sure if that is normal or if they had just had a whole bunch of dirty vehicles come through. I doubt I would ever come here again. They may be the only place open but its a lot of money to not get your car clean.

This is a very honrable and considerate business. I had a problem using the tap on the car wash and the people at the counter made sure that I got credit for what was charged on my card. I was very surprised and impressed, as my experience at other car washes was that you insert coins (/tap) at your own risk and not their problem if the machine doesn't work afterwards. Thanks very much to the team at Hughes, I will defintely continue coming here and encourage others to do so as well.

It's my first time in this location to have my car wash around 10:30-11am. One of the car wash attendant (male, around 5'7 in height) was so rude. I'm not done yet wiping my car dry but he ask me to leave. He said he still gonna wash the floor. I was not the only customer there wiping and drying the car and I don't know why he ask me to leave?! My first experienced in this location was very DISAPPOINTING and I don't think I'm going back there!

Pumps are out of order so often it's hard to figure out how they can't get it right. Fuel costs are broadly in line with everywhere else I guess. Maybe have at least one covered row of pumps also folks. I know it's truckers who stop most but a roof isn't that hard to do. The car wash is very good though. Although the air dry is like an elderly relatives breath.

More like the car wash schmos. Car wash is dirty and poorly lit. The nozzle was missing from the air dryer. But the icing on the cake is that you have to pre-tap an amount and it is not prorated based on the time you use. So you basically have to guess what your car wash is going to cost. Horrible experience. won’t be back.

I'm in costumer service, doing service calls. So need clean truck. I have to pay for my own truck washing witch is fine but I can't stand getting ripped off. 30 seconds for a dollar. Yeah can't even get halfway around truck going super fast without having to put more money in. Please turn up the tine to minimal 60 seconds.

Worsted car wash ever! The advertisement is toonies per wash, but in reality it's a toonie for 30 seconds of wash. Costs at least $10 to get the car completely washed, and that's just a basic soap and rinse, not even enough time to do a good wash Will be sticking to the Duggan car wash, it is sooooo much better!

Must be the shortest car wash timer in Edmonton. The wand I used was so weak - I could have gotten a better wash by spitting on my car. Obviously run by someone very interested in cutting costs raising profits with no concern for customers. I will NEVER set foot in this car wash again.

One of many poor quality car washes. Wand pressure really sucks and temperature only luke warm to cool (I was one of only three cars in wash). I spent $10 just trying to rinse off my car and feel they are forcing you to use the scrub brush. One token only lasts 1:15.

Useless overpriced car wash! Wands have weak pressure so don't clean very well and you get less than a minute per token. Total rip off! No wonder it's empty on a Saturday morning. This is consistent with most of the Hughes wand washes I've used.

The best coin car wash for the value. I find that a few dollars actually can do a good job if you are not coming off of a clay rig road or something really sticky. The value may be as a result of being a little rough around the edges

This carwash is still operating with tokens and you should buy tokens from the machine in the store. But the bays are clean, and wide enough that I could easily go around my SUV and wash it clean.

Everyday 7 am - 10 pm coin system manual wash . 1 coin will give 1 min 20 sec soak/wash/wax/vacuum. New foam brushs and high pressure wands installed. They shut operation if weather is below 25.

Attendant there is super keeping the cars moving in and out of the car wash. Clean and well lit. Good size bays. Hose hangers constantly tangle on each other so you spend precious time

Never buy propane here. If your propane tanks are half full, it doesn’t matter. They charge you for a filling it up as if it was empty. This is theft. How is this even legal?

After visiting 2 other Hughes locations and having them say our propane tank couldn’t be filled. We went to this location and he filled our tank for us no problems.

Big, clean, bright atmosphere! Love the car wash. Most employees are friendly but there is one girl that makes you feel like you interrupting her quiet time.

Cannot rinse vehicles at car wash. Car wash rinse setting continues to dispense soap, tested with employee at three different bays, all with soap on rinse.
