The workouts are enjoyable, the other members are motivating, and the programs are lead by personal trainers (Ahmed and Ahsan bhai) who provide hands-on feedback and corrections during the workouts as well as just the appropriate amount of encouragement. The music is playing loudly, and the mood is fantastic. You will never perform the same workout twice, and if you go, you will see results. It's a life-changing gym experience that I strongly suggest to all of my friends and family.
