Feedback for a recent (7-Sep-2021) *photo cake* ordered from *House of Bakery* The photo cake was delivered on the birthday evening, but the photo printed on the cake was very dark and had a stain too... it was a *total disappointment*... I called the seller he gave me two choices: (1) to return the cake and get refund of the advance paid... This would have left me with a *feeling of embarrassment in front of all the guests* because it was already the birthday evening and how could I arrange a big cake at the last hour... But the seller did not understand this (2) to deliver a new cake in time... I chose this option but the seller asked me to further edit the photo... I requested that the photo can be edited by the person who prints, before printing... All photo printers do a basic check before printing... But this option didn't work out as I had no time to edit, since I had to attend the guests... The seller could have cooperated if they wanted to... Basically, at last, we had to manage with a defective cake On top of all this, *the seller charged us in full even for the defective cake and all the embarrassment that we had to face* I will *never order a cake from here again*

This shop is famous for its cookies especially Nankhatai. Apart from cookies you can get Cakes on order, fresh breads, Pavs and various kind of Chips. I bought homemade chocolates from this shop and really liked it. But could not find it on next visit. Parking won't be an issue if you visiting this shop. Very approachable from the Tonk Road as well as near to Durgapura bus stand

Must visit for everyone.! All the products of HOB are so appetising, especially the chocolate cookies ❤️. Only bakery I’ve ever visited who uses pure and healthy items to make their products. Best value for money. Go check out the products (buy all of them, cause they’re so palatable ) and see the cutest interior of it.

I am fond of cookies and after trying to many bakeries in Pink City I've finally found a one which match my quality standards and taste. I personally visited their manufacturing unit and felt so good after watching their manufacturing unit that they are taking care of hygeine and cleanliness. Highly recommended. Must visit everyone
