I am a regular customer here and I must say that every time I have gone to Simon I have never been let down. This time I went to Simon with a large dent caused by a HEAVY VEHICLE which was on the front drivers side wing. Simon gave me a quote which I was extreamly happy with (it was competitive & flexible ) . Simon was able to turnaround the vehicle within two days and I was very happy with the end result. The only issues are that parking spaces are limited in the courtyard here so give Simon a call before visiting. I dented the offside wing of my Yaris, trying to park into a narrow space. So I didn't think it was necessary to go through my insurance, but needed to have it fixed for a reasonable price. Having read the reviews on Google, I called up Hounslow Coachworks and spoke to a very pleasant man, who said I could pop in any time. Hounslow Coachworks is tucked away, off the Hanworth Road and opposite Treaty Lodge. The guys I spoke to were friendly and talked me through what was needed and how long it would take (2 days). They offered a courtesy car but I didn't need one. To my surprise, they called me the next day and said the work was complete. They had done an immaculate job and cleaned the car! With the weather we've been having, it certainly needed it! The cost was reasonable, and the service impeccable! I will use them again, if I have any minor prangs or grazes! Thanks guys!

Took my 2015 Ford Fiesta to Simon due to damaging the side of my car causing a large dent, i come across Hounslow Coachworks on Google and read many good reviews and due to the experience Simon and his team have i thought i would take it down for them to look at, Simon was very helpful and carried an honest assessment when looking and quoting my damage and making an appointment was easy and convenient for myself, i picked my car up today and couldnt believe how well and a professional job his team had done, was extremely pleased with the outcome, it was like the damage had never happened! I used Hounslow coachworks instead of the company my insurance company recommended and I'm so pleased I did. Simon organised everything with the insurance company and my car went in the following week to repair the front wing and bumper that was dented and badly scratched following an accident. Simon and the team were so friendly and the repair has been done to such a high standard you cannot tell the car has been in an accident. The team were helpful and i was able to drop the car off at 7am so I could still get to work and I'm really pleased I have supported someone local instead of the insurance company sending it off to a large firm where you don't get the same care or service. After someone drove into my parked car and ruined the corner of my bumper without leaving details, I was left facing a hefty bill. First place I checked took one look at the photos and quoted me £1500-£2000 to replace the whole thing. I called Hounslow coachworks next who were amazing from the get go. Simon invited me to come down for a quick assessment that day, and quoted me a fraction to repair it. Couldn't believe my luck - the damage looked pretty bad to me. A day later I dropped it off, left with a courtesy car and mine was repaired after the weekend. So within 3 days of me spotting the damage, my car looked like new. The previous damage is completely undetectable, and on top of that they cleaned it inside and out. Highly recommended, I won't be going anywhere else for body repairs in the future.

Excellent! I had reversed my car (mercedes 350C) into a pillar. I had been quoted a price locally in Kew which seemed a little high. I was given a very low price by a very well rated company off the Harrow road but I noticed all of their reviews were from the same date and the co. was very recent. I continued to look. Then I came across Hounslow Coachworks doing my research. They quoted competitively, lent me a courtesy car (manual so a blast from the past) and did the job promptly and were flexible about my pick up. The work was done to a high standard and they pointed out i had dinged the bonnet and scraped the side. They sorted this for free! It is always a risk going to a company you don't know but I could not recommend Simon highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend this place enough. From start to finish the service was excellent. I have used Simon at hounslow coachworks over the years and I am thrilled to see the second branch open in Molesley! This is closer to work for me and very convenient. The bodywork is completely faultless and you would never know the difference. Phil provided me a courtesy car at no extra charge a lovely touch I must say. So if you’re looking for a garage that won’t rip you off and will do great bodywork this is your place. I don't often write reviews but I've been so impressed with Simon, Phil and Richard at Hounslow Coachworks that I feel compelled to write this. Someone had damaged my car and I didn't know which bodyshop to use, so I used the reviews on Google to select the garage - what a great choice! The customer service is excellent, not only did they repair the damage but repainted other scuffs in particular a scratch on the bonnet. My car looks like new and has been cleaned inside and out. The costs are very reasonable and Richard put new fobs on my keys. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Also Ladies they didn't treat me like a 'silly' woman like most mechanics do! After taking my BMW 1 series for service my car started to get engine issues. it started from oil cap not secured properly after oil change, it exploded while I was driving and entire oil leaked out. lots of smoke from under the bonnet. this caused engine damage as no enough oil was there to run it. luckily it was short journey. now have to deal with ongoing issues. think twice before taking your car to this garage!! Typical sloppy response from owners who don't care to take responsibility. You even forgot to charge me as my partner was picking up my car so I came back next day to pay for the service, still don't remember me? Absolute rubbish...

I have used Hounslow Coachworks a few times over the years and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a highly professional, friendly and caring company who 'go the last mile' to ensure that they look after their customers. Following a recent incident of damage to my car they came to collect it and once the repair had been carried out, delivered it back to my home. They would have provided a courtesy car but as I had just had an operation on my hand and could not drive for a couple of days, I could not take up that offer. I will certainly be using their services in the future when the need arises.

Great experience with Hounslow Coachworks! A tree unfortunately fell on our car during the recent storms. We had damage across the bonnet, roof and other parts of the car had scratches too. Simon and team did a great job from start to finish. Competitive quote delivered quickly and sent to insurance company. Car booked in and hire car delivered to us and our car picked up when parts were in. And most importantly - the work on the car was excellent. These are great guys who are super friendly and will do thorough checks before giving out a quote. My front bumper of the car was damaged, Simon and the team first examined the process and were able to give me a good reasonable quote which other workshops didn't even bother. The repairs were done very well and in time. After I got my car, the signal light was causing issue however I took my car back and they replaced the bulb and fixed the light issue on the spot without any charges. Amazing service, amazing customer service and good work. highly recommend, will get my future work done by them.

I would just like to praise Hounslow Coachworks especially Simon Riddett. I had broken down and called Green flag and they made sure I got home. But the next day I needed to get to a garage but the car wouldn't start! I called Simon and within 15 minutes someone from the garage had picked me up from work taken me home. So within an hour my car was at Hounslow Coachworks and by the afternoon I had a new alternator fitted and my car was back with me. I was delighted! The price was so reasonable too! BMW 530 (M-Kit) - bumpers front and back had dents, scratches and needed re-fixing, rear side panel (which had gone rusty after being left for a few years) needed painting and usual chips and scrapes on the bonnet. Price was probably a bit more that I would have been charged if i'd shopped around at some of the other garages in that area, but it was competitive and the for level of service, the finish and also the convenience it was well worth it. Service here is excellent and I liked the way they call you back when they say they will. Will definitely use again.

The team at Hounslow Coachworks offer an outstanding service. They go above and beyond in terms of customer care too. After a nasty incident in which a hire van smashed up the back of my car - they scooped up the whole thing - the car, me, the settlement from the other side. They took all the stress out of it for me, came to collect my car, lent me a spare car, and delivered by car back to me, as good as new, just a matter of days later. I left my beloved Mercedes CL500 (aka Jennifer) with Simon after an unfortunate incident with a wall in the night. The side light was smashed and her rear bumper was in a sorry state. Without any fuss at all, he repaired everything, cleaned her and I could not be more delighted. Especially when he told me the price. Jennifer is restored to her former glory and I'm so proud to be seen out with her again. Took my company car for an estimate and received it by email before I got home, so as it was very competitive I booked in for the work to be done. This was completed quickly in the time originally advised with high quality work AND my car was given a valet ready for me to pick up. I never usually take the time out to leave a review however the service I received was so exceptional I was compelled to do so. These guys completed exceeded my expectations, nothing was an issue. The car was picked up from my place of work and they were happy to arrange delivery outside of their standard operational hours. The paint job was perfect and I would highly recommend using them. I’ve just collected my car, having had a door and wing dent repaired. The quality of the work is excellent (dent removal and re spray). I took my badly scratched and slightly dented new black Mercedes GLE 350D to Simon at Hounslow Coachworks. Within a few days of dropping the car off, they managed to remove the dent and repaint the entire side. It's an amazing job. It looks stunning and you can't tell it has been repainted. Great experience! After having my fiat 500 fixed in the past, I went in today after another garage (where I got my car washed) told me that the only way to remove white paint from my car was to do a full on polish in black. I then went to Coach works and they immediately got it off within seconds so no black polish was needed! I was not even charged by these men as it literally took a few minutes. Thank you very much ten fold!!

Simon gave me a quote for a large dent in my bumper that was less than half of what I was quoted at two other approved Fiat bodywork repairers in West London. He was polite, positive and did a fantastic job. He was the only dealer I spoke to who said they could repair my dent instead of replacing the whole bumper like the other garages told me. I will be going straight to Hounslow Coachworks for any further bodywork on my Fiat 500.

Hounslow Coachworks did an amazing job on my Landrover Freelander after I badly damaged the back bumper. Someone else quoted over £1,000 for a new bumper or just under £600 for a second hand replacement. Luckily I found Hounslow Coachworks on-line and got it repaired and restored as new much more cheaply. They also threw in a very comprehensive valet. They were nice, friendly and knowledgeable people as well. I highly recommend.

Appart from Simon and the team talking with you in language you want to hear, expecting a top job, went to pick up my bmw only to be dissapointed. Colour was chosed perfect but top coat lacquer looked like orange skin, asked to flatten the surface and had been left with millions of scratches all over my bonnet, Simon said it is all normal, FOR NEW PAINT JOB?? Sorry but NEVER again.

Honestly one of the best garages going !! My car got hit and the gentleman that worked there was so supportive and was constantly updating me and trying to find me the best price possible, unfortunately I ended up getting it scrapped but even then they still found a way to help me, this will be the first place I go if I have any other car issues. Very friendly, professional and an excellent service. I needed a repair estimate for insurance purposes and was given a free estimate. When it came time to do the repairs to my car, I took my car in and the repairs were done in a matter of days. I was also offered a courtesy car. My car now looks brand new. Very good experience from Phil, Simon and Angel. Good communication, good price and excellent workmanship. Even though I sourced some parts myself and there was a delay in getting them, they were very accommodating and turned the car around quickly once I managed to bring it in. Very professional service provided by Simon and the team. I took the car last Friday to be looked at (large scrape along one side). They collected my car on Monday and left a car for me to drive. They did an excellent job repairing my door and respraying. I would definitely recommend this Company to anyone who has to have a repair job done to there cars. As I said they did an excellant job.

Fixed the rear bumper and other accumulated parking scrapes over rear of car. Paint was done before winter 2018, spring , 2019 paint still looks fine . Price was very reasonable, service was good.

Had my Audi TT repaired at the Molesey branch and I really recommend them. The work on 2 nasty dents made the car look new again and in addition came back beautifully polished! A superb job!! X
