Titel: Enttäuschendes Hotel mit mangelnder Sauberkeit und beengten Räumlichkeiten Bewertung: Ich hatte das zweifelhafte Vergnügen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten und muss sagen, dass ich äußerst enttäuscht bin. Die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig und es schien, als ob das Zimmer seit Wochen nicht gereinigt worden wäre. Überall fand sich Staub und Schmutz, was ein unangenehmes Gefühl vermittelte. Bei 4 Tage Übernachten kam nicht einmal die Reinigungskraft um mein Zimmer zu reinigen. Das Zimmer selbst war winzig und bot kaum Platz, um sich zu bewegen. Es war so eng, dass man Schwierigkeiten hatte, sein Gepäck unterzubringen. Die Einrichtung wirkte veraltet und abgenutzt, was den Gesamteindruck noch weiter verschlechterte. Das Bad war ein weiterer negativer Aspekt dieses Hotels. Es war so klein, dass man kaum Platz hatte, um sich darin zu bewegen. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Die mangelnde Sauberkeit, die beengten Räumlichkeiten und das unzureichende Badezimmer machen den Aufenthalt zu einer äußerst unangenehmen Erfahrung. Es gibt definitiv bessere Optionen in der Umgebung, die ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bieten und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt garantieren.

Well if Google didn't ask my evaluation for specific matters I'd have rated this place 4 stars directly just because of the help and politeness of the receptionist Kumar. His positive attitude made all other negative things unseen. That been said, the hotel is absolutely a low budget place for crashing the night only and don't expect much from it. Imy rating are subjective and doesn't reflect my appreciation toward my experience. Rooms were humble and a bit old furnitured but clean and well prepared. The room was warm enough and hot water was available. The toilet is really small so don't panic when you see it, you won't spend the your day in it anyways so no more comment on it but it was also clean so that's a good thing. I rated service three stars not as dissatisfaction but as evaluation competed to international hotels around the world. Finally the location was almost perfect for me. It was close to Heathrow airport, close to Piccadilly underground line. Just next to famous markets like LIDL & ALDI, in addition to some local Indian restaurants and pubs.

Wir mussten aufgrund eines stornierten Fluges mitten in der Nacht spontan ein Hotel buchen. Es war das letzte verfügbare Hotel. Der Charm dieses Hotels hatte uns sofort überwältigt. Check-In verlief Problemlos. Highlights neben der Nasszelle die an Campingurlaub erinnerte und schon seit längerem keine Reinigungskraft mehr gesehen hat war die Non-Stop-Lüftung durch die nicht zu schließende Fenster. Hierdurch war der Geräuschpegel in der Einflugschneise gerade in den Morgenstunden extrem laut. Nach einer Weile konnte man die einzelnen Flugzeugtypen schon am Geräusch der Turbinen erkennen und durch die extrem niedrige Flughöhe jeden einzelnen Piloten persönlich begrüßen. Preis - Leistung war der Wahnsinn. Selten so wenig für soviel Geld bekommen. Fazit: Unsere Wege werden sich nicht mehr kreuzen - da schlafen wir lieber am Flughafen am Boden.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I had an unfortunate experience at Hounslow Central Hotel that I believe potential guests or visitors should be aware of. Upon needing to use the facilities, I checked for staff at the reception but found it unattended. I proceeded to use the bathroom. After exiting the bathroom, I was confronted by what appeared to be either the receptionist or the owner. The individual’s approach was not only irritant but also included indirect threats, making it clear that I was not welcomed. It’s unacceptable for an establishment to have a hostile and threatening owner. Moreover, if one is to enforce hotel rules, a consistent presence at the reception should be maintained. Detaining someone based on regulations that were not initially communicated due to staff absence is unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using the services of this hotel.

Your man at the reception is absolutely nice, gentle and helpful. I had several inconveniences prior to my check in and because I couldn't communicate with the hotel on time to advise about my delay my reservation was cancelled. But your man managed to check me in and he also allowed me to stay an hour longer. My stay was a bit chaotic but the service I had from the hotel was absolutely fab. Really helpful receptionist, really nice with people and for the way I was treated I would certainly come back and I will certainly recommend to people I know. For a night stay it deffo did the job. Comfy bed, everything clean and good staff. I can only thank and share my appreciation.

Not happy with room , bathroom was ridiculous so small you could not turn around , no table for kettle etc,...carpet had iron burn in it and not clean found scratchings under the bed , lift not working had to walk up 3 flights of stairs , looked like it had a quick coat of paint to get people in , for the 3 of us £270 and no breakfast,no staff on when we left to complain to, people arguing outside most of the night . Told we had free parking and had a ticket a week later which they have paid Would not stay there if it was free

Hounslow Central Hotel, one of the best hotels I have been to with such cheap prices and amazing service you cannot go wrong at all. The location is also in such a great place as well. just a couple minutes off hounslow central station making it so easy to book a room and stay overnight. I have stayed there for a couple nights every couple of months and they never disappoint so definitely give it a try

Excellent service from Front desk reception, Kumar. A very hospitable person, always had a smile. Allowed a late check out and to keep our car in the car park as we were coming to Hounslow after a very long time, so had a lot of shopping and were belly full on our indian cuisine for one night. Hotel is well located and close to many shopping areas and restaurants.

Checked in on the Friday, didn't get any hot water until late Saturday afternoon. Ensuite was ridiculously tiny! Toilet had leaks coming from the base on every flush. Never going back.

No staff from 10 pm, a completely scam, even there’s a sign there that says no staff available from 10 pm, then they leave a number to call.. funny, tried to call them many times and no one answered… many wasted and in the streets, a completely nightmare. I hardly recommend NO BOOK THAT SCAM!!!!

It was a every enjoyable stay the staff were very helpful and friendly it was also very good value for money and theroom was more than comfortable.

Slightly smaller rooms but neat and clean and very cheap (15-30 £ per night) if you want a clean , cosy and economic place to sleep just go gor it. Dont expect too much in that cost but u will get place to hang clothes, a kettle with sachets for tea/coffee and comfortable bed.
