We have booked for 60 people our stay for some family function. These people book it and cancelled it after 5 days because they get higher amount booking. And they told us that this hotel is closing due some mcd issue, giving different different excuses. No commitment of them. And now they calling and telling paise de diye apke. Its not only about money, also about commitment.

only outside hotel look is good but Rooms are damaged with burn ciggerate marks & bed are so uncomfortable.. painful bed coz of hard spring feel.. ac not working properly,, washroom not that much clean even handwash soap and things are not available. Try another hotel guys don't waste your time and money here..

Today we visited this place. Check in was a huge hassle. Manager was not available and caretaker didn't know what do with guest. Our check in time was 11, they gave us room at 11:20. Room was not clean, there was dust everywhere in bathroom too. No soap, no hand-wash was provided. Not worth the price they are charging.

Very dirty very very dirty I have book this hotel and have seen this before checking in and have run out immediately. The rooms are stinking with smell of alcohol and cigarette. The bed sheet have dirty marks. Bathroom are yuck

Not bad but at the cost of 1300 must be room clean and hygiene which is not upto. Their service is good And location too. But their bed and are not clean somewhere on bed I found hair, and pillow is too dirty. I don't know why they charge too much but in service they not touch upto.

Rooms were dirty, leakage in washroom taps. We ordered pakodas and they get those pakodas from the cart parked just outside the hotel and charged us 2wice the price. Totally not worth it.

Mr shamim akhtar a they've done their job very well and they're very helpful and kind. I am so appreciative that there exists a place that still values customer service throughout the hotel. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional, room and services everything good
