The worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Please have a look at pictures i have posted. No proper room service. Bathroom was smelly and bad like no one ever cleaned it in ages. There was dust on tv and everywhere. AC controller was not working so they didn't even fix it, asked me to call in reception to start and stop from the main supply. They charge 100rs for milk for small 250ml bottle. Lift was too slow and doesn't respond properly. No one come to clean room or take garbage or change bedsheet they are in their own. Most disliked issue is mosquitoes each n every room, lobby everywhere there are lots of mosquito and you have to deal with it.

the hotel was supremely pathetic....i was asked to wait in a room which could not be locked as the manager had lost the keys apparently...waited for 20 minutes inside a room without being able to lock from the inside it at 12 in midnight...was asked to shift to some other room at 12:20 AM...the next room was in a pathetic condition...wash basin was broken...linen was dirty...bucket was dirty...bathroom was extremely dirty like a public toilet...i had already paid for 2 days stay but left after half day only and shifted to some other hotel

Its a very bad experience staying in this hotel.rooms are not cleaned , washroom is in bad condition you have to choose from 5 washroom than u will find one good. Too much mosquito are there iam unable to sleep all the night,the staff is very rude.u can not ask them for anything because they dont listen for any requirement.. And if you are planning for long stay for a function for your guest please forget it and choose other hotel..

Hi people I'm from Chandigarh last night l have booked two rooms before check in we realised that rooms are overpriced and when we entered the the rooms one of our rooms AC is not working after 45 mins of conversation they changed our room. In the morning at the time of check out they charged us for already opened water bottles . And Mr Singh told us paise to dene hi padenge.feeling like threat. As I'm my family so will pay.

The most pathetic place I have been to, quality of rooms too different than in the pictures. The rooms are unexpectedly smaller, dirtiest washrooms (seems they were never ever cleaned), dirty bedsheets, towels, dust fell off when I turned On the fan (literally). AC was not working.

Very bad staff. Don't keep on your promise. They take money and if program get cancelled due to covid and we said to do program when we need to do not on any condition they said ok but now they refused to return money nor to adjust money in program...

Unclean washrooms- not up to standard. Food quality is ok. Mosquitoes everywhere (inside the rooms and in elevator as well). Cleanliness is not top notch. The only saving grace is that staff is cooperating. I stayed for 2 days for a marriage.

Average stay......bedsheets...towel not so clean ....bathroom taps not working properly. Even though they offered kettle in the room while booking, but not given during stay. Food Average. Not a star hotel and not value for money.

Very unpleaseant welcome. They pretended they did not have our reservation (in fact they gave the room to someone else). Finally they gave us a room with 2 beds instead of 3 beds (for the same price!) No hot water.

Hotel staff is good specially mr Narinder at reception & Cleaning guys at room service. Bathrooms are not that Bright. TV having only few free to air channels so its Boaring when off work. Location is Good on road. Food is normal but expensive as per quantity and quality.

The stay was very comfortable. Food Is very delicious. Very coprative staff. I will definitely visit again. Keep it up. Exeelent hotel.

Packed drinking bottles are filled with filtered water. And the charges are applied to the sealed pack bottles. The rooms are small, the TV does not work and there is no way to put a cell in the remote.

A very nice ,small and decent hotel . Rooms are clean , small and good . The staff is very nice . location of hotel is also good. The food of hotel is also good . They charge somewhere between 2000rs per room . Overall good experience for this price.

Hotel don't return money on time. Staff don't keep their words . They don't return money nor adjust money in function we do next time. Very very bad staff

Good place to stay. But the food is not that good in taste. It's nice place for a comfortable stay though. And the staff is also really helpful.

Nice Place staff is so well behaved and co operative. Room is good and so hause keeping. Clean room, bed sheet, pillow and towel.
