I am not sure why there are so many 5 star reviews. The place doesn't deserve even one star. There is no concept of any toiletries, nor tooth brush is provided. Leave aside any expectation of mineral water. You have to pay for even one water bottle. Don't ever book with breakfast, as they believe they are doing favour by giving you breakfast for which you have paid at the time of booking. Don't turn on the water geyser on your own, as some rooms comes fitted with geysers that can give you shock, and they tell that only if you call them to turn it on. They will simply ask you to move to another room, as the Geyser in this one is not safe. And why everyone is saying its good for family stay. Only thing about this stay I can say is, stay away.

I had a bad experience in this hotel. Not as good as they showed,rooms are not hygienic. The hotel need to renovate the rooms. I’ll never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst place to stay here according to me. I have shared some pics. pathetic room as per the price range.The hotel is not like a three star it seems like a normal hotel. For sure rest of it was a waste of money for me won't ever turn up to see that hotel ever. They Ask extra money even after I’m doing online booking through hotels.com . I waited a very long time for registration, especially since I was already registered. There are better hotels for the same price!

very average room and bedsheets appears 1 week old (not washed for one week). I visited this place in first week of Feb which is winter time and we required hot water but it took 1hr for bucket to fill. They provide water from filters in USED bottles. location is good as it is near to airport and walkable distance to main road.

Worst to spent a night even. Expected OYO standards atleast. Dusty cupboards, stained closet, dirty bathroom floor and hairs here and there. Seen waste collected near in front of our room door and it stayed as such for atleast 6hrs. Nobody even cared to clean our bathrooms even after informing reception guy. Won't feel safe when traveling with family. Don't trust photos and OYO reviews. Plus point were room food service was timely done and hot water was available all time.

The only major positive is its location - it's about a 5 to 10 minute drive from IG International Airport. The staff was also friendly and polite. But the rooms are tiny, giving you a claustrophobic feel. The less said the better about the washrooms and the food there. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also poor.

My stay experience was good. Room was super comfortable and service is also good. Plus the manager is super friendly and can arrange almost everything inside the room.

The property is well.maintained and clean. The person who sits at reception, Mr. Anil, is soft spoken, very helpful and tells each and everything clearly. The rooms were clean, and sufficiently spacious. Bathrooms and cupboards were clean. They also have 24×7 food services. It was a good stay, and I definitely recommend the place to anyone looking for a room in Mahipalpur.

A nice place to visit. Hosted a business meet. Things were all good. No doubt they had good chef. The interiors of the hotel are nice. Would recommend for business as well as personal stay also

Budget friendly hotel. It is hardly 300-400 meter from Aerocity Metro Station but It is not located in the main road. Worth staying. Hotel is well maintained, peaceful, clean and properly managed, but I found the hotel staff unwelcoming and a bit on rude side. One should be completely careful before booking rooms here. Because they promise you something and deliver you something else.
