I think the management has changed and name has also been changed to Hotel Shubham Inn (Earlier known as Hotel Crystal Inn). It's around 2 to 2.5 km from Thane station, famous road name by which Rikshaw can easily take you there is " kaamgarh road". Rooms are big enough, neat clean and its couple friendly hotel (I.d proof of both the individual are required). They don't have inhouse Resturant for food but they have tie up with near by Resturant so one can order food from room service only and Drinks can also b ordered from outside.

Place is expensive for its room, service and quality. Washroom and toilet is not cleaned often , there are lots of urine stains on the seat , and hair on basin and i am not sure if they even clean the bed sheet as i found some stains on sheet as well. And its very expensive for the service they provide. So i dont recommend this place.

Hotel Shubham INN located on Eastern Highway and in Thane City, Everything is easily accessible from the location. Rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are friendly i was upgraded to a suite room. One mineral was provided and toiletries. They don't have an in-house restaurant but have tie up with a local restaurant which provides food in the room.

One of the most unclean places I have ever been, the pictures have nothing to do with the hotel. A lot of spiders and spiderwebs, mosquitos. The room was stinky and the pillows, blankets and bed were dirty as if I would be using the same ones from the previous heat without washing. No toilet paper, the ceiling of the bathroom was broken and in general extremely dirty. I have been in cheap hostels and hotels but prices has nothing to do with offer a clean bed.

Located close to Viviana Mall and with very friendly staff. I still wouldn't recommend since (imho) it needs a deep cleaning. Here some examples (room 112): - dark stains on sheets & pillow - dark stains on walls & doors - water from tab working only for 2 secs - bathroom transparent ceiling full of black unidentified pieces - bathroom window misses 2 plastic bars - bathroom mirror full of tooth paste spots - bathroom shower drainage very dirty

The hotel is situated in a very crowded place. And in a building on 3rd floor. First two floors are Of Some multispeciality hospital.. rooms are ok to stay if you just want a room for stay They don't have their Pantry. Bathroom is compact and not well maintained. Can be considered for people visiting thane for official trip and need a place to stay for a day.

Most unhygienic environment below average service staff not cooperative n helpful rough behaviour. Overall worst experience i will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel,

The rooms are spacious but they need to maintain hygiene especially in the toilets and bathroom.

When map is telling 1 km away … hotel is actually 10 km away .. they are fooling around.

Cleaning is not up to the mark. Cockroach encroach your space.
