It is a simple 2 stars hotel with affordable price of 140 reals per night. The rooms are spacious for this price however equipped with basic amenities (one desk, one chair and a small tv). The room was clean. However, one point that should be improved is the mattress that was far ahead of its life time. The price include a breakfast served between 6am and 10am with fresh fruits, juice, several loaf of bread and cake. Beside the hotel you can find a small pizza restaurant as well as a tourism operator.

The hotel is located in the best area of the city. It is possible to go to restaurants and bars walking very easily. The rooms and the service were excellent, I didn't expect it to be this good. The room price is fair and the breakfast is very good.

Honestly not many hotels this particular area. It was good standard, breakfast standard amenities was ok. I stayed because nearby my friend’s apartment and beach is on walking distance

I've needed an functional low cost Hotel near Sao Luis downtown and this Hotel Premier was nice, good price, satisfied all my needs for a short holiday. I recomend.
