I am very satisfied with my stay at the Hotel. The rooms were very clean and tidy. You get clean towels every day and the maids clean the room whether you put in a cleaning card or not. When I entered the room, I felt as if I had just arrived, how clean and tidy the room was. The breakfast was excellent considering that it is a 3-star hotel. The food was very tasty. The cook lady was very kind and helpful. The gentleman at the reception was also very kind. He helped us find a good restaurant. The entire staff is friendly and you can talk to them about anything and everything. I am definitely coming back to the Hotel.

Good location, walking distance to pretty much everything The staff was overall friendly and helpful Parking was available for us in the back of the hotel (they do have only a couple of spots so best to arrive early) The room was spacious and clean, with enough storage options. No mini fridge. I would have appreciated a second pillow (granted, I forgot to ask if it's possible to receive one more pillow following our arrival and we only stayed for two nights). Also, the mattress was a bit lumpy. The bathroom fixtures (like the shower head) could use some replacement Overall a good breakfast, enough to start your day

Disappointed and felt unsafe. I walked into the lobby with my father to find myself surrounded by tourists (about 9 people waiting to get checked in, plus some random local filling out paperwork) nobody, except the concierge and us, were wearing masks. Empty dispensers for sanitizer by the door (which you only realize is empty after touching it, like everyone else). The random local was sitting nearby filling out paperwork, with his mask around his arm. Typical Balkanism. Svaka Čast ljudi, samo tako. The room and bathroom seemed clean, the concierge was polite enough (for Croatian standards), and the air conditioning worked. The lobby was air-conditioned.

Wonderfull hotel. I strongly recommend Jadran hotel. Staff is really kind and helpfull. The location is perfect, and breakfast super complete and delicious, with everything you need and more! The zone is very safe, and quiet in the day and in the night. A lot of buses or trans, bit you can walk to reach all the cultural places that normally are visited in Zagreb. Great location near the center. You have spar and dm beside, which is super convenient in case you need to get anything. The rooms are comfortable, I believe it is renovated. The only issue I had was that they have only 1 old lift which was slow, so checking in and out takes a bit of time if you are travelling in a large group. Other than that, it is value for money.

This is a 3 star hotel for sure but it was very clean and I had planned to give it 4 stars because of the service from the staff who were just so friendly but then at breakfast, the girls working there kept bring out food for our group of 15 even though we were late eating (like right before it ended). And they were not put off by it. They all worked very hard. Location was excellent too, easy to walk around the town from there.

Prilikom telefonske rezervacije nismo obavjesteni o dodatnom placanju parkinga te drsko ponasanje repercijonara i ne samo to dolazimo u sobu led ledeni razumio bi da je u sobi svjeze koju sam vec rezerviro i dogovorio vrijeme u koje cu doci ali nemogu razumit da je soba ledena .Cjeli dan na putu i veselim se dolasku da se lipo istusiram opustim a nakraju uvuci se u krevet znojan umoran nikakav uzas ☹️☹️☹️

We were in a very nice and clean room at the fourth floor, the staff was very polite and helpful, prices were very good and the position is perfect, only 5 minutes on foot to the upper town. The only complain I have is for the breakfast, not many varieties and a bit tasteless but otherwise everything was perfect. The parking spot was really convenient since it’s not easy to find a place in the centre.

When we entered our room, we saw luggage inside, then a naked old lady stuck her head out. The hotel screwed up by keying our room key to the wrong guests. They then switched us to a different room. The elevator is so small and only can take 6 people without luggage. Very noisy trams if your room is facing the street.

Incredible Hotel to stay at the people are professional and speak English very well. Rooms are very clean and comfortable . Centered well in the city and if you get lost everyone knows how to direct you back. City of Zagreb is incredibly safe and some of the best ice cream in the world.vert similar to italian geloto

Basic inexpensive accommodation close to the center, with AC and parking for 8 €. Rooms could use an update. Beds are soft and the pillows were too big for us to feel comfortable. TV only has a few channels (no cable), no minifridge and no shampoo.

A neat little hotel, not far from the railway station, and even closer to the city centre. On our two month trip, this was one of the few hotels where the staff not only asked us what we would like, to make our stay pleasant, but also went on to provide those services ... with genuine smiles too!

We were called in the afternoon before arrival, that our room, which was booked months before, is not available. Instead we had to go to another hotel which was old fashioned and outside the city center. We can't recommend the hotel, due to the strange way they are treating their guests.

Excellent location, only minutes walk from the Zagreb cathedral. The breakfast was really good. Very positive overall impression from our stay.

I haven't had a chance to sleep in a hotel but I tried the food and one of the nicer experiences for me was that, I ate ribeye steak and cream soup and I will definitely be back again congratulations just keep it up!

Convinient place to stay over and do your business. Near the city center and old city. I like that. It is like just behind the corner. They have parking space in the back of the hotel - for free. Rooms are nice, average breakfast options. I went there tvice.

Decent hotel in centre of Zagreb, has private parking which is accessible next to main entrance. Call in advance to check if there's a parking spot free. Rooms are decent, overall impression is that hotel could be updated a bit.

This is an OK hotel. My room faced a very busy and noisy street with streetcars and a heavy traffic at times. Although, some rooms face the court yard. Decent complementary breakfast, beds, showers, and convenient parking.

Rooms are great, tv, power outlets, wifi. Bathroom is nice and everything is clean. A mini fridge would greatly help. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast could use some more variety but there is no real complaint.

Wonderful stay for one night. Front desk was helpful and courteous, beds were clean and comfortable, great location. The shower didn't drain very well, but would be my only complaint if any. Would stay here again.

Decent location and lovely staff, but those beds are so bad. Old springy mattress. Not good for people with spine problems like me. Whole hotel smells like smoke at night although supposedly non-smoking.

It is a three star bed and breakfast hotel, in the centre of upper town. The magnificent Cathedral is only a few minutes walk away. The staff are all very friendly and I would recommend this Hotel.
