I booked a deluxe room for two days (Booking ID: CKYNAC). When I arrived, they gave me a dirty standard room and informed me that was the only room available. Despite the fact that I had paid for and requested a DELUXE room in advance, they would not give it to me. When I pushed for a deluxe room, the receptionist told me to cancel the reservation and hunt for a another hotel in front of me. I even called the fabhotels customer care, but to no avail.I was only there for a total of 27 hours over the course of two days, which made me quite angry and unhappy. The hotel should not be stayed at. Complete cheats.

Very rude manager....bathroom and toilets were not cleaned properly and due to no proper source of ventilation water worms started growing on the toilet seats and wash basin ....do not go to this hotel ever if you want to live a healthy life ....all good views of this hotel on maps are paid (paid reviews)

Disgusting hotel. Under renovation property and even goibibo is also projecting it as good ratings. It's a fake reviews. The room is such a dirty and worst condition that I cannot explain how many issues are there. I paid online through goibibo and unfortunately I was not even getting refund. No staff. Only a boy taken care as cleaner and receptionist. I should say the owner of this property is least bothered. He just need money by sharing fake room picture to online booking portals and sell it. Disgusting room. Big big NO TO THIS PROPERTY.

I think I made the worst decision... basically it was godown n then it was converted into hotel.. rooms have zero ventilation.. so you will be suffocated.. I asked him to change the room from ground floor. The receptionist chargged me extra 1000 without any proper bill.. on the other hand they are only male dominated.. you can't have any guest meeting you... My suggestion; opt for some other hotel it would eventually save more and would have better facility. Booking ID 703781961

This hotel is located way to far in the city and it doesn't look like a hotel at first place. The reception area and the interiors are well designed to accommodate in the place but it's too congested. The rooms stink, the bed linen stink like hell, you can't even sleep or sit in comfort. Cleanliness is not upto the mark, no towels provided, not couple friendly at all. The food doesn't taste great and it's to pricy for the quantity or the quality served. Choose wisely for a stay.

Polite and helpful staff. A new vibe. They have dere restaurant too in front of there hotel. Viz Histusdan restaurant and bar. With great food and tasty cuisine. Had a great experience. The room was clean but was surprised to get a 1rupee shampoo and 3 rupee soap. No comments about the view from the room. Room service will take your order get it from some different place and serve it to you. On day 1 it was at least served in propper bowls and plates, on day 2 they just gave us a couple of plates and the Container that they got the food in. The breakfast is a joke at this place

Very bad service. Rude behaviour of the manager. Food is tasteless. They dont even have a kitchen. Whatever you order they bring it from nearby restaurant. You cannot customise your order for your child. Even the payment had to be made by cash. Doesnt accept card.

Paid around 2300 for the room which was very small for the amount charged and on top of that they charged me 800rs more for extra person so in total 3100 rs for a standard room with no windows or toileteries :/
