This hotel is by far the shabbiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. Where should I start. You are being greeted by a smell of stale cigarette smoke. The receptionists are not friendly at all, they will keep your I.D for an hour to register. As soon as you enter your room, you will feel like you are being transported back in time. The interior reminds me of a haunted house. The TV barely works, and there is no fridge. The bathroom is really dirty and the shower doors are falling off. There is only one energy plug in the whole room and the power outlet is glued on the wall with tape. The only good thing is that the AC was working. There were socks under the bed from the previous guests also. The Wi-Fi does not work at all. The breakfast was okay, but not a lot of variety and my boyfriends eggs had hair in there. Overall not a pleasant stay.

To be honest I picked this hotel because it is not far from the bus station but as before I tried many hotels in Sarajevo I can say this wasn't a good option (also taxis are inexpensive so u can stay in the center). Quite far away from the center, rooms are outdated (look like 80s/90s hotel), really basic, breakfast was ok, service/staff good (even they calculate 2minutes to check in, so forget about check in early even 10minutes before). It is cheap but I guess 99% of hotels with the same price are better

Absolutely loved my experience at Hotel Grand. Such friendly staff in such a friendly city. Also, the hotel is very close to the train tracks so it is very easy for taxis to find it, and it is very easy to travel to the different cities like Mostar. There is somehow no loud noise from the trains which is amazing.

Exceptional value and great service. We enjoyed an upgrade to a large room with jacuzzi for free. Quiet. Free WiFi. Breakfast basic, but with a reasonable choice of hot and cold food plus fruit and cereals. Nice free parking. We stopped in our RV here for a few days. Easy walk to town, bus or railway station. Friendly staff.

Bio sam gost 3noci u hotel,osoblje ljubazno,hotel je cist I uredan, wifi radi na max,grijanje odlicno,dorucak je vise nego odlican,I ako ima losih osobina nebih komentarisao iz razloga sto sam rezervisao preko booking com za nesto malo vise od 16€ po osobi sa doruckom,smatram da za taj novac dobijate mnogo.

Hotel se nalazi kod zgrade Avaza, iako vodic kaze da je 15 min hoda od centra, predlažem Taxi (10KM ili 5 eur). Hotel jeste star, nesto je renovirano. Dorucak prihvatljiv, osoblje usluzno. Krevet nije odavao dobar utisak, ali sam se ipak odlicno naspavao. Zadovoljavajuci

The hotel is very old! The location from the city center was far away and the rooms were not comfortable. The beds were not good for sleeping. In the hotel hallway smells like cigarettes..Terrible experience. The breakfast was okey. Good choice of food and drinks, plus coffee machine.

The Grand Hotel is an inexpensive place to stay in Sarajevo. The large bedroom and small bathroom were showing their age with 1 set of towels(2), no refrigerator, etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't be faulted in anyway.

Hotel je dosta star i sobe su zrele za renoviranje, sa dosta malih neispravnosti. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i ono je najveća vrednost hotela. Postoji besplatan parking ispred hotela. Hotel je blizu centra grada. Na prvom spratu se nalazi bife sa lepom terasom.

Jako neljubazno osoblje na recepciji,hotel star i jako prljavo sve i staro iskreno na nekoj drugoj lokaciji bi ga davno zatvorili i prije renoviranja nebi imao dozvolu za rad.Preporuka ni u ludilu jedino ako bas nista drugo nemozete naci.

Za prenoćište,ako planirate da čitav dan provedete napolju, hotel je sasvim zadovoljavajući i dobar, klasično hotelski smestaj. Ljubazno osoblje, doručak obilan i sasvim zadovoljavajući (ko ne trazi nesto posebno).. Soba topla, čista,uredno.. Pravi stari hotel. Preporuka posetiti.

Room was at least clean and ok but food was not that good location was far from the centre i hope that they will fix this problem.

Avoid it. The receptionist guy is very rude. I told him I will wait in the reception area waiting my check-in time he told me go out I'll call the police for you. I immediately canceled my booking and left.
