Good things: - Location is perfect - Rooms look modern - It is very clean Bad things: - Room 25: It is not of proper size to be a room for 2. It is in attick so the roof is slanted. We hit our heads numerous times. Bathroom door can't be open fully which, again made us bump into door knob quite a few times. Of course, this room is not in any of the pictures and since it is that way it should go for half a price or something. - Security tip: We were prompted to send our credit card details including the security code via email for the purpose of reservation. Never do that. No private security data should be sent via email. Instead we went through a huge bother of paying via SWIFT payment. - Parking: very cramped it should be for at least half the capacity they sell it for. They take no responsibility for any scratches. We were asked mid-stay to come down and move our car so the other driver could get into their car. Wonder what would happen if we were not near the hotel. - Hotel staff was very polite, but manager should work on his communication skills and hospitality - Breakfast: good if you're staying for 2-3 days due to low food variety

Nice hotel in the city center. Small but very charming and cozy. It is located in the city center and has a great location. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Of particular note was the nice young lady at the front desk who was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel has a parking lot where we could safely park our bikes. We had to check out a day early due to personal circumstances, but this was straightforward and hassle free. The whole team is very professional and deserves special thanks. All in all it was very pleasant and we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we had room 12 bed was broken with broken slats. Went to see the night porter who tried to fix it but was not successful at the end moved the mattress to the floor. The night porter stated that there is no spare rooms to move us.Kind staff and night porter offered to bring another mattress to put on floor to remedy the issue. The hotel did offer to refund the money and have given us a complementary bottle of vine. Staff has been kind and supportive and apologetic. Received full refund and apology from the staff.

Terrible hotel. Super extremely racist and rips people off. Does not even clean up the room for guests. Even though I have not stayed here, I won’t be planning on doing so in the future. My friend who has stayed here experienced everything I have mentioned and more. They did not even get a refund. They also sent out a review and talked to the hotel staff however the hotel staff and owner was super rude. I have seen and heard enough proof and evidence to say that this is the worst hotel ever.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the center but it’s still on the street with no noise and it’s really peaceful and quiet. It is very cozy and welcoming, the rooms are super comfortable. The staff were super friendly and did their best to make us a dinner reservations in a good restaurant when everything is fully booked. They managed to find us a table in a nearby restaurant that had really good quality food. We were so grateful since we were starving from our trip. A+++++ for the service

Service is good. Fair price. Rooms are good. Airconditioning is comfortable. Breakfast is good, not cheap (€15) Employees are friendly. I can only recommend this hotel. It's a great place, everything is clean. Everything works in the room. Simply all as you can expect, no disappointments.

Prespavali smo jednu noć, trebali smo imati dvije 3-krevetne sobe, ali su nam dali jednu 3-krevetnu i apartman, zapravo stan jer jer hotel bio pun, tako da je ispalo još bolje. Svi smo bili u tom stanu/apartmanu, koji je bio super, čist, prostran, divno uređen. Doručak odličan, za svakog ponešto. Super lokacija, sve je na 5 minuta hoda.

Hotel is in the city center, the staff is great and the breakfast is good. However, my room had stinky toilet (probably issues with sinking hole) and ventilation was not working. Also, one morning there was no hot water in the shower. If the hotel's parking is full (like in our case) you can find parking in the streets around hotel for 100 kn per day. All in all it was ok but not the best fot the price.

Great service and helpful and friendly staff. We arrived late and the owner stayed up to direct us to the parking which was full. Despite the late hour he took our car keys and parked the cars for us. Thanks to all the staff, helpful, friendly and well informed. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Great place to stay in the centre of pula, not that easy to find and you need to book parking.

I have worked in many hotels but nowhere have I really seen a hotel so beautifully decorated with beautiful rooms.The owner of the hotel is a great person. I was very happy with my stay in Hotel Galija! The rooms have everything you might need, it is clean and neat, the bathroom was very spacious which I didn’t expect and the staff were so nice and helpful! They made my stay so much easier and less confusing! ☺️

Stayed here in 2015. Located just outside of the (touristy) old town, Galija is a smaller hotel that feels both friendly and fresh. The rooms are clean, and AC, showers, toilet etc are all good. The breakfast is decent albeit badly stocked up later on (ask personnel fill up). We even extended our stay, so I recommend staying here.

The elevator access is deceiving. There are two building and one has an elevator. We have a person who uses a wheel chair so this was what we screened for. When we got there the person was not friendly (basically said we should’ve noted it but why would we do that if they say they have an elevator?) but did change our room. Više

Strange odour in the room, ripped towels, glass room door covered with a curtain (!!!), low quality furniture, mattress too soft for any hotel standards, noisy street during night, not able to open the window. Book another hotel if available, this is a place from hell. Više

The staff were very accomodating on our late arrival and welcomed us warmly. The room was very clean and the breakfast very good. We Had dinner at the onsite restoraunt and IT was marvelous. I loved the great selection of Wine!

Very nice accommodation, tasty breakfast (self-service), nice personnel. In the edge of the touristic center of Pula. I gave 4 stars since the sink in the bathroom was not working properly - was not draining. Hope they fixed it. Quiet in the evenings, close enough to shops and bars.

Nice small hotel in the heart of Pula. Excellent breakfast with tasty coffee. Comfy bed and good service. Competitive price level.
