Service of whole staff who is in the reception is pathetic whenever we cal them they don't listen and disconnect the calls mannerless staff without our permission when we went outside they opened our rooms without asking permission to clean the room which is horrible without any permission of ur valuable customer u guys Cannot enter the room and when I complained to Mr.bhaskar who is in d desk he replied me back that u must have informed us that do not open the room beside our back which is again a pathetic mannerless answer frm Mr.bhaskar Well for ur kind information it's a basic rule not to enter the room when ur client is out he teaches us the basic rules not trustworthy 2500 is the price I stayed there for 7 days he gaved us discount and the final amount was 2300 per night for 7 days and after 7 days i tooked another extension of 7 days more they started yelling wil nt provide u rooms anymore pay us 3000 per day or else u can checkout very disrespectful staff specially Mr.bhaskar and the person who is shouting on call When I ask them who was on call nobody is ready to speak this is what u guys do with ur customer a big no to this hotel they charge so high and not even providing a complimentary breakfast nor waterbottle have some respect for ur customers who ever is the owner of this property I request kindly give some basic knowledge to ur staff or else u wll be in d big loss they purposely did with us n forced us to check out. Shame on the reception people definitely peon was very good but the reception pple are mannerless

Not sure why this hotel even got 3.3 in rating? Nothing is good about this hotel except for the fact that its right on the road and close to wagle estate. Oh and that they have valet parking. Now lets see what you expect from a hotel and what they do not offer. Cleanliness-Pathetic, Unclean towels and bedsheet, dripping AC, ceiling falling apart, termite infested wall, bathroom giving an impression of a shady hotel. Price-severely overpriced, we paid 3k for this and you have comparatively way better options around. Staff Behaviour-Poor, the only plus point is they changed my room on request(the new room was no better). Two of their staff started fighting right at the reception. They charged me Rs. 37 for a bottle of water(yeah, you are not eligible for even 1 bottle of water after being charged for 3 grand for a pathetic experience). Food- not sure, I asked for a glass of nimbu paani or fresh lime soda to which the answer was sweet and simple no. Ambience-shady. It looks like a love nest, so I would suggest people with families to stay away from it. In short STAY AWAY from this place

We booked 13 rooms and 5 rooms online. Just one day before the booking, owner called and said your online booking is cancelled and you and goibibo can sort it out. Below the genuine review as we had 13 rooms booked directly(not online) 1. Rooms - Most of the rooms are in poor condition. There is a weird smell which comes in all rooms. Visit room no 407 on 4th floor. 2. Washrooms - They don't provide soap, toothpaste etc. Nothing! Please carry on your own. There was no water in the morning. The washrooms are filthy and you won't like getting into it. Our relatives didn't have a bath, it was so dirty. 3. AC - The AC doesn't cool all rooms. It was very hot there and everyone was complaining about the coolness. 4. Lift - It was down most of the time and stuck on 9th floor. Everyone had to use stairs with luggage 5. Management - Horrible is the only word. 6. Intercom - Doesn't work. You have to come down everytime if you have any problem. Overall, it was a big insult to book rooms here. Please do not book here. There are better hotels in the world

3 things to say about this place : Pathetic, Pathetic and Pathetic. From Hotel staff's rudest behaviour specifically Vinay and Kunal to ill maintained rooms, washrooms, tasteless food being served in the room.. trying to find one good thing in the hotel.. but could not.. worst ever stay.. Even after accepting the booking and confirming the same, the hotel staff asked for more money as they accepted the booking at lower rate by MISTAKE.. what the hell.. a group of fraudsters running the hotel only to cheat people and make the stay terrible in every form.. They claim it to be 3 star.. Actually it should be negative 5 star... I sincerely wish that this terrible property should get shut down as soon as possible..

I can't give negative star... Pathetic service... I asked to give Aqua guard water, but no one turned up for 15 minutes... Reminded again, but no one came at all... When I informed at reception, while going out for lunch, the person kept Bisleri water bottle in room (entered without permission)... By that time I already bought water bottle from outside... Dear owner of the hotel, this is second time I stayed in your hotel between one year and my last visit in Jan 2019. and compare to last year it become most worst... are seriously not interested in your hotel business?? There was some misunderstanding about complementary breakfast, when I called them about breakfast, they said your complementary breakfast time is over. (I called at 09:30am, the time of breakfast was mentioned 07:30am to 10:00 am). Staff were humble and cooperative, when I complained about complementary breakfast, owner was present there, he immediately gave us complementary tea and coffee and a dish of Poha. Because of this generous behaviour, I'm giving a good rating. Rooms were nice, but they could improve it by providing tea, coffee, milk powder and electric kettle. I also happened to see some cockroaches. So, a little more cleanliness would be much appreciated.

Pathetic experience. Don't trust your OYO booking. Once you reach the hotel they will demand triple the rate shown in OYO. Don't expect any help from the staff or from OYO coustomer care. You will be forced to pay the price if you don't have a backup(Especially if you are with your family). The hotel room is not worth for the money you pay. So never do the pre payment. Their tariff will change once you get there. The only positive thing about the hotel is its location which is near the railway station.But I will not recommend the hotel on that solo reason.

Not even Single Star Bcaz Rooms and washrooms were not clean, there were cockroaches running around even they have to improve there staff, we called thrice for glasses then after this 30 minutes later they provide us dirty glasses, n apart from all this things AC was annoying it was noisy and still it was not working, we call for house keeping to clean the floor bcaz glass particals was there and house keeper came with mope n just move the particals in corner and there was no toilet paper also So i will not suggest anyone to go there bcaz it is not worth of how much they charged for the rooms

Business loss and lock down has impacted hotel industry severely and Dhiraj Residency is no exception. Impact was visible , room had first issue with broken pipe ot basin and then late night split AC started pouring water in room. Finally we decided to shift to another room. Comparing with tariff there was no shampoo, dental and shaving kit in room or at hotel and towels were stinking. Even had to ask to replace pillow covers se they had hairs of previous customers and stained.

Not at all worthy of money. 2700 for one day is too much when they do not provide any services. Rooms have no proper lighting, AC is not working, and even though the price is high there is not even one complimentry bottle Or breakfast. It is a pathetic experience. They charge 37 rs for a 20 rs water bottle. If you value your money, do not go here.

It's near the service road. The location of this hotel is pretty good. The rooms are okay nothing special. The AC didn't work for us and also the washroom wasn't very clean. Lighting of the rooms could be improved. But overall the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was complementary. We had Masala dosa and it was good. They will bring it to your room. You have ask for the WiFi password if you wanna use it they don't tell you before.

Hotel are not worth for 2500 rs per night. Hotel not clean as per photos show. They are getting 2500 rs even not giving complementary water bottle. Interesting hotel. Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in for a while. Let me start, Cockroaches running wild and rampantly, stained sheet, dirty bathrooms, stingy toilets and rooms. Dust dust and more dust. We probably killed a dozen roaches. I would suggest not staying there unless desperate.

I stayed in the hotel for one night, and i had the horrible experience. Rooms are not maintained, there is no basic amenities in the room like water, glasses, clean bedsheet. I had to attend a function in the hall just beside it and hence that was the only reason i choose this place. But i wont recommend anyone to opt this hotel

Rooms were not upto the mark. It had one issue or the other . We had bookings for multiple rooms, spent most part of day calling housekeeping to fix the issues. One of the rooms was filled with alcohol's smell and smell wasnt going as room did not have windows. My request of room change was rejected saying no rooms available.

Located near korum mall on the service lane. Rooms were not clean. There is no communication between reception and room service. Breakfast has only bread omlette. That too on request they will serve to room. Complementary water bottle won't be available everyday. Room service will provide unsealed bottles. Overall it's Bellow average restaurant

Never take a room on the fourth floor of the hotel. The second floor is fine. Had booked the rooms for my in-laws. I was shown the rooms on the 2nd floor before booking and finally got the rooms on 4th floor. They had a lot of problems with the cleanliness and water seepage. The bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed before the check-in.

Old property renewed however the bed sheet was having spots on it. No water bottle in the room , no telephone to get connected to reception , towels were clean and bathroom was also ok. Room sizes are big with tea table and chairs . They also have a working table in the room.

Horrible place, most unhygienic. They don't have housekeeping, bedcovers and bedsheets are not changed before a new customer is allowed a room. Cockroaches are seen abundantly in the room and toilets, torn towells are given in bathrooms. Arrogant receptionist, A /C didn't work in the room. Zero ratings.

This is one of the good hotel in thane area and parking is very well managed by hotel people. Also service is quick and good.

Room is not worth for the money. Bad smell in rooms and corridor.. lift not working in 4th floor. Need to walk from 3rd floor. No ventilation. Hot water okay. Complementary breakfast WORST.. attached one photo of bread omlete. That's it.. strictly not recommending anyone till they renovate..

Serously .... the guys are an outright cheat. In spite of a confirmed booking in writing they wait for the guests to arrive and then say we cancelled it because our minimum price is double what you paid ... forcing you to pay more. And the cleanliness as best shown in pictures.

Nice hotel on eastern highway at louiswadi. Room service excellent. Cooperative staff. Restaurant within hotel. Check geyser for hot water. Or they can give bucket of hot water. Nice view of highway from balcony. Parking available. Booking through Oyo also available.

Very Disappointed About Service Normal Lodge like Service in a 3 Star Property Faulty Door Knobs, TV not working Bed is average. Very Expensive Not so good experience at all. But Okay for 1 or 2 days stay if no other option is available. Staff is Friendly.

The geyser was non-functional , a morning cup of tea was not forthcoming till 7.30am, since the hotel kitchen would not open till then.Since I could get a change of room (the second day) and tea shops were open in the neighborhood, I could pull through !!

Great place to visit, staff have been very cooperative and helpful. Food is at its best and all the safety majors are been taken from all the staffs.

Staff had good professional behaviour. Room was neat and clean. Food service was good. Google location need to be accurate as it is not. Also listed Amenities were actually working and available.

Good arrangement in the Banquet Hall and food served by Kaala Chasma was out of world.. Super delicious and variety. Well managed with Residency Room available for change over and taking rest .

Lots of Mosquitos n Cockroaches apart from that everything is ok

I visited this place for birthday party.. party hall is good and well conditioned. But the food was not that good. Hotel staff were also friendly.
