I stayed in Hotel GOLD REGENCY in the month of January this year . I have very good experience in the hotel Gold Regency. Here staff is very honest and good. when I checked out the Hotel I forgot my Rs. 10000/- under the mattress of the bed in my room. I went to the station . After only 5 minutes I got the call from the Hotel Reception about my Rs.10000/- which i Forgot in the room. I went to the Hotel back which is only 2 minutes walk from the new delhi railway station and got back my money. I will definitely recommend Gold Regency hotel to my all friends. thanks

Beware of the 5/5 0r 4/5 copy/pasted fake reviews. If you go through the reviews in last 3 months you can easily tell that 90% of their reviews are fake. You don't have to take my word for it just go through the reviews and you'll find that these are just word to word copy pasted paid reviews...you can tell from the grammar as well. Everything was going well, unless they charged me twice for a bottle of water, they started getting rude and banged my room's door like I was getting away with their 20rupees which I had already paid, please guys better go in a range of 700-750 Rupees if you want to save yourself from the insult, although room was clean but bathroom is way way dirtier with no faucet with the toilet sink. The behavior of the some of the staff is very rude.

A comfortable stay, happy with the staff, and the rooms were so satisfying and the atmosphere too one would love to spend a time after a tiring day, staff is so polite I feel like home. One should really go for it if with family or frnds

Fraud. Please don't book hotel here. We booked this hotel and also had a word before coming to this place. Once we reached delhi station, he gave us wrong direction to another hotel which was the so bad we couldn't sleep here. No water. No cleanliness.

This is not about the stay. I noticed the people have been giving reviews about gold regency to delhi regency hotel here. The address seems to be of gold regency but when I call the phone number the person says it is delhi regency which is on arakashan road in pahar ganj. So just a heads up to others going by these reviews.

The experience was very bad. The receptionist and the employees were very rude and not at all cooperating. Also we wanted to meet our relative and also showed our ID proof still didnt let us meet them. We traveled 2 hours to meet them and went with total disappointment. Kindly see to this request.

Near railway station so connectivity is good, rooms are small and WiFi is only available in reception. Staff is good and helps if u need anything nearby. Overall at the price for which I got the room, it's satisfactory.

It's a good hotel to stay in nearby new Delhi railway station it is located at gali no.6 Paharganj it has also got some cheap room i.e ₹600 per night for non AC rooms. And you can also take some luxury AC rooms.
