I bought a toy car for a 5 yr old from here which was not working. The person who sold it to me said if I’m gift wrapping I can’t open it.. Today I went to return or exchange it.. they looked at it and tried other cars.. none of the cars are working.. then they started blaming me saying I dint check.. and then they said it’s China made so no guarantee.. I finally told them to keep the mine and the car.. I would suggest other gift shops around this one.. but this one is the worst..!

It's a good place to get things for daily use...but their customer service is next level horrible they don't know how to treat a customer...have given a kettle for service which is under wawarran, from past 10 days they have slept over it whenever I enquire they keep saying another two days.
