If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Most INCOMPETENT staff I've ever seen. The staff themselves are show pieces on sale, they do NOTHING but STAND AROUND. Our experience below was on a weekday with no one around so I can only imagine how much worse it is on the weekend. This was in the Forum Mall in Konakonte. DON'T WASTE TIME SHOPPING HERE. We tried to buy a glass decoration piece which was the last one in stock. It had no barcode and it took 5 people 15-20 minutes to find it. They just hand it from one staff to the next out of laziness till someone got the barcode for it. They had no box piece and we understood but we explained that since it's all glass and we're taking it as a gift on a two wheeler we asked for a different box. So the first staff passed it to the second staff to get a box, the second staff said there is no box piece to which we said we know just give a different box so they passed it to another staff who passed it to another staff who passed it to another staff who came back to us to say there is no box piece. Yes, we know! Just give us a different box to which they said we don't have a small box so we said ok then put it in a medium box. So that staff gives it to another staff and that staff says no box we can only wrap it. We agreed to at least get it wrapped. Waited for 5 minutes till we got absolutely mad. They hadn't wrapped it. We told them to give us the wrapper and we'll wrap it. At this point I had to give them a piece of my mind. It's absolutely ridiculous because we took only 20 minutes to shop and an hour at the billing. No line just an hour of incompetent staff unable to get a barcode or wrap the item for us. Worst experience and would never come back. One of the items we got home and opened and it was shop soiled.

I would like to share my worst experience with homecentre taht i had purchased a Vas of worth rupees 6k which was get damage while packing or during delivery when we informed them about the broken vas within a few minutes as we saw but they denied to replace or refund by saying that its not tgeir resonsibity once it get off from the store . The manager was really rude and doesnt know how to talk to a customer so we have a gifted the same broken product to them from our side .. guys pls check the product bfore buying it could be a damage piece from before itself. Worst worst experience never wanna come back keep it up guys your bad service and foul language.

The home centre is a business within the Falcon Forum mall. If you are looking for home decor, this is a good place to go. You have all kinds of home decor which you could pick up as per your necessity. Clean and spacious. The prices are reasonable even if it's in the mall. The prices are the same what you see on the home centre website. The good thing is even if you buy online, you can exchange it in the store.

Worst customer service in this center.Accidentally my shopping cart touched one of the cup which was on edge of the shelf, which fell on the floor and broken. The floor manager forced us to pay the amount and without second thought paid amount and left the shop. If you enter this shop be careful all costly items are kept at the entrance and you don't see any staff members to protect them.

This has to be one of the best home center in Bangalore. This must be the largest showroom with a huge collection of home related items. It is part of the newly opened Forum Mall. They have tried to emulate IKEA in many ways. They have a great collection of cookware and glassware that make you want to buy everything. The arrangement is very tastefully done, very pleasing to the eyes.

One of the worst experience i had in this centre while buying the computer table Staffs are hopeless and they dont know how to talk to customers and sell products..even the Manager of the centre was talking nonsense and not helping me to buy the product..overall a hopeless centre to deal with..their prices and advertising are eye wash..please be aware all

Excellent experience, beautifully maintained art and architecture of the furniture inside the forum, as a bachelor purchased a study table and book keeping stand and some cooking utensils made of bamboo The quality of the products are awesome I would rate 10 out of 10 first time I used the bamboo materials I loved it Must visit once

Worst customer service and call centre. They delivered wrong marble table worth 58k and it was damaged too One of the chair had fitting issue. The call centre was useless and each time we had to explain the issue all over again. They do not assign the designated carpenter inspite of several calls.. extremely disappointed

Plenty of collections which we find budget friendly. * Huge parking facilities with parking charge not freee

An awesome store to visit and the products are of great quality. They have a number of options to look for. Found the indoor plants and planters to be more expensive here. Rather furniture, home decor and curtains are worth giving a try. Beautiful and aesthetic colours and products available.

The most irritating spam center ever. I bever gave my permission to send me any ads, but they keep spamming me even tho i asked 10 times not to send me anything at all. I will never buy anything in this shop again coz they are annoying, irritating and not worthy even 1 rupee

Its a big and spacious store. One of the best in South bangalore side. Good collection of all type of stuffs, furniture collection is huge and lovely. Discounts are similar and as across. Staffs are OK, not much helpful but yeh one store for all Home requirements.

There was set of idol at display was little broken by mistake and the manager forced us to buy the complete set, at best he offered us was 15prcnt discount, they should have system and guidance in place when such issue occures

There are lot of variety for all home needs, but items are over priced. Amazon has these items with much cheaper rate. If only people valued money over brands, these kind of shops would have shut down long back.

Absolute delight for people interested in home decor. Homecentre do have variety of options for home decor , kitchen utility items & furniture under one roof. Product availability and service is out standing.

Good collection but I was disappointed as there were no gift items. Usually there are tons of them at all home centers and there were none here. Super surprising. both only a few items at the end.
