I have had the pleasure of dealing with Holly Velardo for the last 10 years organising our holidays for Europe, America and Asian countries. The level of service and her professionalism starts from the moment you make contact with her and throughout the entire process of making your holiday an enjoyable and safe experience. There is absolutely nothing that is too difficult for Holly to organise especially when we had our family holidays which consisted of 10-15 people travelling together, flights, accommodation, insurance and any other necessary arrangements to be made. Holly created a feeling of easiness whilst you were away as she was contactable at all times if there was the need for assistance, (eg one of the family member travelling with us lost their luggage in transit and by contacting Holly she was able to locate it and organised for it to be sent on). During the Covid period Holly worked tirelessly to cancel flights, accommodation and to organise refunds for which I thank her. I have been using Holly to book my travel overseas for the past 10 years. She has always been flexible with booking different sections of the trips and working in with frequent flyer points or specific requests when asked. Since COVID has hit we now use Holly to book all our domestic travel as well, which was a major benefit in April when we had support and advice on delaying or keeping our Tangalooma Island booking during the QLD outbreak. Recently, my daughter and I planned a holiday of a lifetime to spend Christmas and New Year in LA Disneyland and New York City. Holly helped us plan and book everything.
